So the formula is simple now:
Publish allegations against a company = courage.
Company challenges those allegations legally = intimidation.
Court passes an adverse order = corporate capture.
This is not a serious standard. If you want legal accountability, then accept that every side gets to use the law.

Notice the double standard.
Make serious allegations against a corporation and everyone says, “Let the company answer.”
The company answers in court and suddenly: “How dare they?”
You cannot demand corporations follow the law and then cry foul when they actually choose the legal route instead of fighting allegations through social-media abuse.

Freedom of journalism cannot mean freedom from legal scrutiny.
If someone publishes material a company considers defamatory, the company has every right to approach a court.
The journalist has every right to defend himself and challenge adverse orders.
That is precisely what is happening here.

Enough with the rudali politics around every corporate legal case.
If an article is accurate, defend it with evidence.
If a complaint is malicious, defeat it in court.
If a warrant is improper, challenge it before the High Court.
That is exactly what courts exist for.
But “Adani went to court, therefore Adani controls everything” is not an argument. It is a shortcut around having one.

If you think the complaint was malicious, prove that in court.
If you think the warrant was excessive, challenge it legally.
