close your macbook and let your agents keep working. introducing insomnia: caffeinate for the agentic era. keeps your agents running with the lid closed, pauses unnecessary apps, and hops onto your phone’s hotspot when you leave wi-fi open source, link below!

learn to run Linux on old computers, create a local compute cluster and deploy your agents it. boom your a top 0.05% ai engineer
Learn aws, kubernetes and deploy your agents on it and you are top 1% ai engineer.

I spent the last 12 hours on this. My agents ship code faster than I can review it, so I dug into the 4 ways to verify it: tests, e2e agents, TLA+, and Lean. What each one catches, what it misses, and when to use it 👇

i broke down how @poteto's pstack verification skills work, and the math behind why e2e catches what tests miss 12 hours of digging, distilled into one article

most system 1 models are doing math its output never used i built sys1rust to run laya's decision models locally in rust. up to 4.1x faster than stock laya serve on my base m5 macbook pro the video takes you inside the gpu to show how text becomes a decision, and where i found the speedup code below!

t3term (rust TUI for t3code) now supports orchestrator v2, and uses ~20x less memory and ~14x less CPU than t3code I love t3code but wanted to see if i could build a super compute lean version leveraging the TUI for fun been experimenting with this repo to see how far i can push agents. pstack's verification skills have been super helpful here along with having agents attach artifacts for UI/UX changes (game changer if you dont already do this)

made 7 skills using pstack's verification skills: verify-t3term: drives the real app on a fake T3 server, saves every screen verify-pr: a second model tests old vs new, posts PASS or FAIL verify-this: before and after proof for one claim tdd: a test that fails before the fix, passes after, fails on revert blast-radius: what a change breaks outside its diff benchmark-checklist: vets perf numbers before they're posted maintain-verify-t3term: keeps the verify skill in sync with the app learning tons! github.com/krishhgg/t3term

tested pnpm's global virtual store for agent worktrees ~7x faster warm offline installs across 8 parallel worktrees on a generated monorepo. builds checked wrote a benchmark so you can test yours too. check it out: github.com/krishhgg/pnpm-wor…
OK, so: an elastic vol w/ fseventsd turned off. had to be elastic as I didn't want to pre-reserve space. TL;DR: created an APFS volume with nolog + disable Spotlight indexing at ~/repos - persists and looks like a normal folder to every app. script: github.com/elithrar/dotfiles…

getinsomnia.app/ solves this problem better than caffinate or sudo pmset -a disablesleep 1 opensource and free forever
software engineers before vs after agents
