Move furniture 20 feet... 75 days in federal prison. Stab someone repeatedly in broad daylight in front of a dozen people.. 90 days in county. The system is broken. All men are not equal.
My initial January 6th prosecutor Patrick Scruggs has been sentenced after being charged with three felonies for stabbing a man that could have ended any life sentence. You won't believe what just happened.

Wait till you find out that the probation withheld his adjudication and the court has an entry that the defendant may terminate probation early once he completes the terms of probation, which includes $100,000 restitution to the victim. What’s adjudication withheld? Good question. It means that he is not convicted of the felony unless he fucks up his probation. In Texas, we call it deferred adjudication probation. So if Scruggs succeeds at his probation, he will not be a convicted felon.

Oh I am aware. It was added into court record today. The judge presiding over the case has previously ruled on a similar case and sentenced life in prison without parole.

Sick, I am so sick and tired of the most horrible individuals in this country getting special treatment. If enough people like you can get into leadership roles we can turn it around.

It's going to take a lot of us getting into leadership roles. I'm tired of just complaining online.

When the weird guy from high school who became a federal prosecutor stabs people in a road rage incident, but lucks out and gets the other weird guy from high school for a judge.

The judge sentenced a woman who was 82 years old to 30 months of prison for a DUI moments before letting Patrick go with this sweetheart deal.

Well with recidivism of real criminals being so high I'm sure we'll see him charged with something again pretty soon

Correct. He should take at least 6 times the ass pounding you took in the showers! I volunteer as tribute. No homo.

You are right that not all men are not equal: you are far, far better of a Man than that creep of a lawyer will ever be.

A jury would have thrown is ass in jail for longer than that. The idea a prosecutor and judge gave him a plea deal is insane, and he gets to keep his law license.

Yeah, but that looks like a mostly peaceful stabbing.

Evil judges are the reason the people can no longer trust government to protect the public from repeated violent offenders. Load heavy my friends. Load heavy.

I'll see your stabbing and raise you a $3000 bail for trying to run over a cop.
