🚨 #FCM — THE NEXT #GGP? IS THE MARKET MISSING A POTENTIAL MULTI-BAGGER? Greatland Gold spent years in exploration before Havieron changed everything. The #nGRND agreement could fundamentally change how the market values #FCM. ✅ US$160,000 advance deposit received. ✅ Potential indicative consideration of approximately US$10.64m for the initial 77,293 eligible ounces, subject to the agreement’s conditions. ✅ FCM retains ownership of the underlying mineral claims and future exploration upside. This is potentially transformational because successful monetisation could unlock funding without selling the entire project or relying solely on repeated equity raises. Important distinction: the US$10.64m is potential consideration, NOT cash already received. 📈 THE KERRS REVALUATION ANGLE The historical resource dates back to 2011. A reassessment could change how investors view the asset, particularly in today’s gold-price environment. Any increase in resource size or confidence would need to be established through appropriate technical work. If Kerrs delivers value while Sunbeam develops into a substantial discovery, FCM could have TWO powerful sources of upside. 🏦 CASH, FUNDING & CATALYSTS FCM reported £1.17m cash at 30 June 2026, following its £1m June placing, with no outstanding borrowings reported at that date. It has also secured Ontario Junior Exploration Program support for a fourth consecutive year. FCM is at a similar stage with all the potential for a change in market perception when the geology delivers. Think about the combination: 🥇 A developing gold discovery at Sunbeam/Roy. ⛏️ A historical ~386,465oz resource at Kerrs. 💰 A potential multimillion-dollar monetisation agreement. 📈 A possible Kerrs resource revaluation. 🏦 Existing cash and potential additional non-dilutive funding. 🚀 Multiple exploration and corporate catalysts. 🎯 COULD $FCM REACH 20p? That’s the bull-case scenario worth examining. Using 424.3m shares as the June 2026 baseline, 20p implies an equity value of approximately £84.9m, before subsequent share issues and dilution. It isn’t guaranteed, and it would require the market to recognise significant value in FCM’s assets and future potential. But if Sunbeam establishes scale, Kerrs delivers value and nGRND monetisation funds further work, could the current valuation look very different in hindsight? That’s the opportunity investors need to assess. The market doesn’t wait for every exploration company to become a proven producer before revaluing it.
