Article 1, 2, 3 and 4 defines what Indian mass is and gives Parliament alone the power to admit to alter or to let go of any land. If there is an alteration of to the status quo, the watchdog is supposed to bark. That watchdog is PM. Modi does not bark. He kept the nation in darkness. Bite he cannot, his own minions have accepted Chinese might.
Modi and his Tilakdhari team has sworn to to “bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India” and to “uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India.” Article 75(4) mandate is clear. Yet he failed.
There is a betrayal of the nation. China is not only staring, smelling the borders, it has started eating into Indian core land, yet the watchdog does not bark. The DOG DOES NOT BARK. So there is no alert. But there are some brave, honest, patriotic soldiers, who have alerted the nation. This soldier is warning of the grave danger.
@kharge, immediately file an emergency motion in the Parliament....move pursuant to Rule 197 and all your privileges to make this PM and his team accountable and address the nation. We cannot just sit idle and let the country fall apart. You cannot rest, it is about Bharat, it is not Modi's fiefdom or his Dhando. It is about India, an urgent situation demands urgent action.

Three questions demand answers:
1. NATIONAL SECURITY
The ITBP DG's confirmation of continuing PLA face-offs in Arunachal Pradesh is deeply alarming. After Doklam and Galwan, is another serious confrontation unfolding? Reports of Chinese incursions near Taksing emerged in August. Yet, even 47 days after Corps Commander-level talks at Wacha–Damai, reportedly just 180 km away, confrontations continue. Has India's patrolling access been compromised? Arunachal Pradesh is an inseparable part of India. Why is the nation being kept in the dark?
2. ECONOMIC SECURITY
Since Galwan sacrifice of 20 Indian Army bravehearts, (FY2020–21), Chinese imports have surged 102%, while India's trade deficit with China has ballooned 155% to $112.16 billion. Even Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman admits China obstructs Indian exports. Yet, the Government is easing Chinese investment restrictions and considering PLI benefits for eligible China-linked ventures. Has Make in India become Import from China?
3. DIPLOMATIC ACCOUNTABILITY
At least 23 reported Modi–Xi meetings and interactions, 25 Special Representatives' rounds involving NSA Ajit Doval, 36 WMCC meetings, and successive SCO and BRICS Summits. What tangible results have these engagements delivered? Have India's pre-May 2020 patrolling rights been fully restored?
Our Armed Forces have our complete confidence. But National security demands accountability, not diplomatic photo opportunities & Hugplomacy!
Instead of attacking the Opposition, PM Modi must take Parliament and the Nation into confidence.

ARUNACHAL PRADESH: Minister Balo Raja Questions Remarks on China Border Face-offs
Arunachal Pradesh Minister Balo Raja on October 28 asserted that India was strong along the China border, questioning reported remarks by ITBP chief Shatrujeet Singh Kapur about continuing face-offs along the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
Referring to the film Dhurandhar, Raja highlighted India's growing intelligence capabilities.
The controversy has also drawn criticism from AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, who has demanded greater transparency from the Centre over alleged Chinese intrusions. The Ministry of External Affairs said existing diplomatic and military mechanisms were being used to address border issues.

"The opposition Congress party’s top leader in Arunachal Pradesh state, Bosiram Siram, said that Chinese troops have intruded nearly 50km (31 miles) deep into Indian territory in remote Upper Subansiri.
A Siram-led party delegation visited border areas in August after initial reports of China’s incursions, and Siram added that “Chinese personnel are stationed up there”, referring to Indian territory.
“You can see the [Chinese] Army. They are on top of the mountains, while we are down below,” Siram added.
In response to the ITBP chief’s remarks, India’s foreign ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that “the situation in India-China border areas gets disturbed from time to time when Chinese forces diverge from established patrolling patterns”. He did not comment on the ongoing face-offs."
