7 days. 17 projects. 22 incredible humans. All in Singapore during @token2049
This one hit different. The kind of week that reminds you why you love what you do.
None of it would’ve been possible without this team. People who live and breathe video.
And if you’re a Web3 or AI project looking for a video crew that can plan, shoot, edit, and deliver something you’ll actually be proud of…
you’re probably watching them right here. 🎥🔥

okay i understand the whole Wispr Flow vs Granola, but...
I LOVE WISPR FLOW
I use it everyday, and has been a game changer for how I write prompts, introduce myself, and get meeting context!
Team that has made exceptional product, and even knows how to win on YouTube with content
Writing has always been something I’ve loved, whether it’s scripts for videos or thoughts on things happening around me.
The last few months have been a blur of countries, places, and work. Somewhere in between, I found my way back to writing.
I started reading more, spending 15–20 mins every night before bed, and now, I’m finally writing on Substack.
Expect thoughts on marketing, distribution for tech, and personal stories & learnings along the way.
If you’re on Substack, come say hi! And if you haven’t subscribed yet, you might want to. You won’t regret it. Haha. 🤝

This guy is making all of us Tony Stark in real life...
He’s building JARVIS for you, for me, for everyone.
He had that idea…and he raised $9 million at a $60 million valuation.
But the crazy part?...
This is EP 01 of "Decoding Startups in Tech" with Daniel George
Need your help, Twitter!
I’m planning to visit Taiwan in November to learn how semiconductor chips are actually made and document the process through a video series.
With close to 60K followers on Instagram, I create content around AI and emerging technology. I want to go deeper with a series exploring how the technologies shaping our world actually work.
If you know anyone at a semiconductor company in Taiwan who could help me access a manufacturing plant, I’d love an introduction!
I’ll create high-quality content showcasing their work and giving them free exposure.
Any leads or introductions would mean a lot. 🙏
This video I made about the Founder of Colivate got:
- 75,000+ views
- 2,300+ likes
- 1,300+ saves
- 1,100+ shares
The part I care about most: people started reaching out to her with real opportunities.
It started when I was in SF last month.
I was meeting builders and founders every day and kept thinking, I want my content to actually give value to these people. Not just talk about AI. Put the people building it in front of an audience that cares.
So I started a series decoding the startups being built in the Valley.
My Instagram audience is marketers, founders, engineers, and working professionals in companies across the US, India (Tier 1), the UK, and others who want to learn about AI and where the world is heading.
Turns out they want to meet the builders too.
This was episode 3. Now I’m bringing the series to X and LinkedIn.
I say this all the time: you can never predict the asymmetric return of a video going viral.
Make the video anyway.
Always a fan of hiring videos (if done right), and who's better than @vikpat leading it!
Hi, it's Darshita. I am a designer.
And I'm pitching myself in public 'cause I'm done with a year full of anxiety.
Everyone says design is dead and AI killed it. But the real parasite was hiding in plain sight.
So here's my film, DESIGN IS DEAD. She's bold, fearless and very PINK 💖
Hiring? My DMs are open.
Bumble just agreed to sell for $1.3 billion. The reason why it is the next billion dollar opportunity…
Today we announced an agreement to acquire Bumble.
Over the past six months, we’ve looked at hundreds of companies, asking which businesses would become more valuable as AI advances.
Bumble stood out.
As intelligence becomes more abundant, we believe connecting with the right person and forming meaningful relationships will become even more precious. And frontier technology can help more people find and build those relationships.
Our purpose at Ithaca is to apply frontier technology to things that matter. We acquire enduring businesses, transform them with technology, and hold for the long term. We focus on businesses not only for their financial potential but their ability to enrich lives.
Whitney and her team have built something extraordinary. Millions of relationships began on Bumble, and we’re honored to help take it into its next era. Together we intend to build the best company in the world for helping people find each other.
Let’s get to work.
Magic man is here @adilmania 🪄
Day 2 of SF @Techweek_, done.
Started at a coffee shop planning the week's work with my team. Ended up getting invited to a creator party.
A lot happened in between haha
Went to @GoogleStartups. Seeing the scale of Google and everything they're building around their products was amazing.
Then spent a couple of hours working from the @supermemory office
Went there to get some work done, but ended up getting to see how these guys builds and runs the company. Spent some good time with them. So much fun seeing it all up close. Insane what they are building.
Ended the day at the creator party. Met some great folks and learned a lot about how the creator economy works here.
Being a creator with 60,000 followers on Instagram and a wider audience gives me my own perspective on the industry. Getting to hear from other creators and see their side of it was so much fun.
Writing this as I end my day, not missing sharing Day 2. Day 3 is going to be hectic again haha
On to day 3.

Day 1 of SF @Techweek_ , done.
Started at the @agi_inc Inc pop up store, packed from the first hour. We were there to work, but I spent half the day watching people put on the AGI glasses and come out surpised that AGI can shop for them.
@KhotChaitanya and the AGI team ran the best pop up I've seen. More on what we made together soon.
Also today:
Met and had so much fun talking about the industry + their stories of building their own companies with @DhravyaShah @imittalishika @shardul_mane, easily a highlight
Ran into 5 more people from Mumbai. Got our Mumbai meetup in before GTA 6 haha
Talked to a couple of investors about the new model we're launching for @blockwee
On to day 2.
Here's the link to your events director : techweek.blockwee.xyz/
Your competitor is not winning because their product is better. They're winning because more people have heard of it.
In the AI era anyone can build fast. What took six months now takes weeks. Someone can clone the core of what you built and be in the market beside you before you've finished your launch plan.
The product is still a moat. But distribution is becoming just as important a one, and it's the thing a competitor can't copy in a weekend.
It's also not one channel. It's five, running together.
>In person, through events.
>Brand content on your own handles.
>People distribution, where your team posts from their own profiles, because people buy from people.
>Borrowed distribution, inside communities and podcasts that already hold the attention you want.
>And customer distribution, your users on camera describing the problem they had before you.
Most teams treat these as stages. Content first, events later, people distribution someday.
They only work as a loop. An event puts your customers, your team and your buyers in one room, which is the cheapest footage you'll ever get and the warmest audience you'll ever have. That footage feeds your handles and your team's profiles. Those profiles get you into the next room, in front of a bigger audience than the last.
Miss one part and the loop stops turning.
The next phase of @blockwee is exactly this: helping tech companies build distribution. We're starting with video because it's what we're best at, and scaling from there.
If you're building a tech product, I'd love to sit with you and map out what you could actually be running. Come talk to me.
It’s okay guys, not everyone has to sell their T-shirt or dress sponsorship.
There are plenty of other ways to create value as well 😅
3 years ago I sat with my mom and told her I wanted to go to San Francisco and work with the top people in the Valley. She said one day that will happen. You just keep working.
She had no reason to say that.
I was running a video studio I started at 21 out of Mumbai, with two failed companies behind me and not a single client outside of India. If she had told me to be practical, all the evidence was on her side.
Instead she gave me the most boring advice available. Not manifest it. Not believe in yourself. Just keep working.
So I kept working. Shoots in Dubai. A team across Singapore, Dubai and India. Clients who took the call because someone vouched for us and also because they had heard of us.
I got one thing wrong for most of that stretch. I thought the sentence was about San Francisco, so I kept treating the city like a finish line.
Today I'm writing this from San Francisco (my 4th time here), building the next phase of @blockwee from here, in rooms with people whose work I used to study from my bedroom.
She never gave me a date that day. She gave me an instruction with no deadline on it, and that turned out to be the more useful thing to have.
