Just shows how vicious the government is. There was a literal Tesla firebombing campaign going on, Tesla's stock was falling, and somehow the question is "is Elon profiting from SGE status?" This btw is why SGEs are discouraged from disclosing status during tenure. Nothing nefarious about it.
