With nearly 2x in TVL, a substantial increase in daily average users, and transaction volume throughput several degrees higher, Balancer's $ARB STIP was a huge success!
Balancer's core pool and incentive optimization algorithm allowed the protocol to deepen liquidity in unique pool types that play a pivotal role on both the DEX and @arbitrum network.
Offering LP's innovative rate provider tech, only on Balancer can users rest assured that LST yield will not be arbitraged away by diverging asset prices. #ve8020 pools and composable stable coin pairs also lead the charge of unique liquidity growth on Balancer.
The last STIP rounds end with the highest average TVL for an epoch of just under 168MM TVL, with roughly a 10% utilization for swap volume across all pools.

Ethereum is among the few profitable cryptocurrencies in the world.
What’s the definition of Earnings in this context? Earnings is defined as revenue - expenses. Revenue represents the % of transaction fees that accrues to the economic benefit of a blockchain’s tokenholders. Expenses include the token incentives paid out to miners or validators of the blockchain.
Why is Bitcoin unprofitable? As explained above, Bitcoin generates $0 revenue to BTC holders, but pays substantial token incentives to miners, which generates a (dilutive) cost to the other owners of the network (existing BTC holders). This dynamic results in the network being unprofitable.
Why is Ethereum profitable? Ethereum earns meaningful revenue from transaction fee burns, and after the transition to PoS, pays relatively low token incentives to validators. This dynamic results in the network being profitable.
