Finally pulled together a portfolio! Feels good to have some of my fave [Brand, Editorial, Event & Public] design projects from the last few years in one place – minus those under NDA 👀
Thankful for trusting clients & talented collaborators 💛

I'm so glad that we have LLMs to make computers more expensive for the first time since they were invented while also taking my job and making everyone illiterate

these people didn't exist six years ago. I mean maybe they did but there wasn't such an exhausting array of them. Maybe Musk and the Facebook freak. Now there's so many and they're ruining everything and you have to keep seeing and hearing from them

The future of #ArtificialIntelligence is not pre-determined. As a technology developed by human beings, its future depends on the choices we make. We therefore have the responsibility to guide, change and, when necessary, reject its applications. A reliable system that serves the human person is of greater value than one that is exceptionally powerful but whose consequences cannot be adequately foreseen or controlled.

Dana Carvey watched Withnail and I while prepping Wayne’s World 2, got fixated on Ralph Brown’s spaced-out Danny, and wrote him into the movie.
They treated it like a spiritual reprise, recreating the flat from Withnail, right down to the wallpaper.

Writing several new proposal and needed to update our Rights & Ownership legal section. Just added something to try and protect ourselves.
You should too if you haven't. Copy this, modify this, start with this, just add something and keep fighting the good fight.

Everyone tweeting they use AI to free up time to explore ideas, creativity and taste. Then post the drabbest, mundane jelly bean slop.

Hermès, Ralph Lauren and now Prada using real artists in their campaigns and taking the extra measure of mentioning so in the caption is an upstream indicator that the authorities of luxury (read: high craftsmanship) at large decide to not let it be marred or cheapened by AI.

I now see the danger in “humanizing” AI with human names and human qualities. Millions of people do not have the cognitive sophistication to handle this and millions will have deep AI psychosis in five years. I believe AI should be presented in a sterile UI as much as possible
We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence.

This project of making machines imitate humanity ever more closely strikes me as an evil and dangerous enterprise that society should at least stigmatize and probably outlaw.

in 2000 years if we're still here these will be in a museum as a testament to how profoundly diseased our society had become

This one's spectacular. In the 1960s, London's Mews were still being used to keep horses. This clip spoils us with a lovely glimpse of the people, pubs, and lifestyle among the cobbled backstreets that have since become expensive housing. They certainly had more personality then than nowadays. @Britains___Pubs
