Perimenopause starter pack: rage at 3pm, wide awake at 3am, and a doctor who says 'your labs are normal.' You're not imagining it. You're tracking the wrong things without the right tools.
You're not losing your mind. You're in one of the biggest hormonal transitions of your life. Nobody warned you it would feel like this. Vela is the app built for exactly this chapter. 🕯️
Vela exists because too many women hit perimenopause and get told their labs are "normal" and to just wait it out.
You deserve data. You deserve to walk into that appointment prepared. And a room of women who get it.
Your shift, your terms. 🕯️

We rebuild by remembering our shared humanity. Beneath the disagreements and differences, we all long for love, connection, and belonging. We all feel pain and joy.
We rebuild by choosing kindness. It's a conscious choice, a muscle we flex every day. It means listening to understand, not just to reply. It means seeking common ground, even when it feels impossible.
We rebuild by accepting that disagreement is okay. We don't have to agree on everything to live in harmony. We can agree to disagree, while still respecting each other's right to hold different beliefs.
Rebuilding looks like open conversations where everyone feels heard and valued. It looks like communities where diversity is celebrated, not feared. It looks like a world where we work together to solve problems, not against each other.
We can rebuild together, not by erasing our differences, but by embracing them. When we focus on our shared humanity and choose kindness, we create a world where everyone can thrive.
Remember, love is always stronger than fear. Let's choose love, choose kindness, and rebuild a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and loved.

I’m honored to have performed tonight, for the Paris 2024 Opening Ceremony, and so full of joy to be back in one of my very favorite cities! Most of all, I’m so happy to be celebrating these amazing athletes, with all their stories of sacrifice and determination, pain and perseverance. All of you have been so focused on your dream, and whether or not you take home a medal, I hope that being here means that it has come true for you! You should all be so proud, we know how hard you have worked to be the best of the best. Stay focused, keep going, my heart is with you! - Celine xx…
