This should be one of the biggest stories of the moment. When a court blocks the Trump admin from deporting migrants to dangerous home countries, the government is sending them to 3rd countries with zero tiesโwho then send them straight to where they were fleeing. Lawless.
Within five days of being deported from the U.S., Moussa Diawara says Ghanaian officials forced him onto a flight to Mali, the very country a U.S. immigration judge ruled he could not be deported to. Diawara says he was homeless and went into hiding.
