HOW TO SPOT FRAUDULENT PSA SLABS
I had AI scan 100,000 PSA slabs worth $1,000+ and so far it's detected 20 suspicious slabs with an incorrect QR code on the label. Of those 20 slabs, 14 were Pokemon, 5 were Sports, and 1 was One Piece.
The easiest way to tell is to scan the QR code on the back, but DON'T follow the link. Instead press the button (bottom right on iPhones) that shows the actual URL of the QR code. If that URL ends in /psa, the slab has most likely been tampered with. Attached photos of a normal URL vs a suspicious URL.

my brain is full of worms. worms that need to play world of warcraft forever. worms of warcraft. world of wormcraft
This man left Anthropic to play WoW Forever.
Fking legend.
I’ve left Anthropic after more than a year of working on Claude Code and seeing it scale larger than I ever imagined.
I have really loved working at Ant and believe deeply in the mission, and most of all, the idea of a race to the top.
The idea that if we work hard and responsibly, we can raise the bar and inspire others to great outcomes. And if we all push each other to be better, things can be radically good. I will carry the spirit of this with me forever.
My colleagues at Anthropic are the most talented, thoughtful, competent, and earnest people I have ever met. I am glad they are at the wheel and trust them deeply.
To the community on X, thank you for everything. You’ve made this the most fun (and sometimes stressful) job I’ve ever had.
For me, it is time for a bit of a break before diving into something new.
If you want more excellent Claude Code content, you should follow @addyosmani , @lydiahallie, @_catwu, @ClaudeDevs and of course @bcherny who started it all.
Unfortunately this is not what collectors want. They want to look at a label with a bigger number regardless of the card condition. No one wants their $6k slab to become $800.
it's getting bad when people are posting their japan hauls and I can tell what hotel they're staying in
