Steady's success is growing. This time last year we had paid a total of 10 million euros to Steady publishers. This year it's 20 million euros to 1.5k publishers.
Why not #joinsteady in 2022.
This is so true. It's really easy to focus on a beautiful process and philosophize about what's proper Agile/Scrum/whatever, but that's not why anyone uses your product.

I keep telling people that we have a "boring tech setup" at Steady, which let's us focus on domain problems. A monolithic phoenix app, server rendered HTML, no fancy infrastructure. Surprisingly many appreciate this.

It boggles my mind sometimes that the whole Steady code is managed by basically 3 devs. That's a 5 years old @elixirphoenix project with more than 150k lines of code, seen by almost 2 million users per month.
It's a testament to what @elixirlang is capable of, but even more to how incredibly talented those 3 devs are.
One of the most confusing things in @elixirphoenix for me is testing actions that need additional plugs to run. I never really know when to use bypass_through, recycle, and so on. It gets worse when auth is involved.
I own the domain elixir-forum.com, and it's about to expire. What should I do with it? Are the people at @elixirforum interested in taking it over? #ElixirLang
