What I don’t think people understand, is that I don’t support going to war “for” Israel- I support Israel going to war.
Actually, what I believe is that had I awoken on October 8th to find that Israel had filled Palestine with fuel & struck a match, I would’ve had a tough time coming up w/feels about it.
Not b/c I don’t care about kids, or “innocent” Palestinians, but b/c I don’t think there can ever be peace w/ a people who commit those crimes & then cheer in the street for them.
That said, Israel did NOT just wipe Palestine off the map- the warned the populace repeatedly of whom they were after, moving with a radically small amount of collateral damage. I say small, b/c I don’t believe a large amount of civilian deaths would have been a tragedy. October 7th was a tragedy.
Now, other bordering countries didn’t open their borders to those same fleeing Palestinians, did they? I wonder why those Muslim nations didn’t tear down their fortified walls to let those poor, innocent people flee.
So my stance is that Israel is more than fair. Nobody loves Palestine except socialists & Islamic extremists, & their opinions stopped counting the minute they became socialists & Islamic extremists.
As for the war in Iran? I’ve lost friends to them & their proxies. I have no problem with an endless series of strikes from afar until the regime collapses. I’ve met plenty of Iranians who fled the 1979 “revolution”, and they have all been as good as any other people- but I do hate the Islamic regime.
I’ve long believed in the “Ryan doctrine”, made popular by the writer Tom Clancy. I believe Trump is exerting the right kind of military might- the one where we make their lives worthless when they have power.
Of course, I’d also rather see enough for nuclear power & more refineries domestically. I want to see increased production that makes the Middle East a non-entity, defanging the Islamic cartels.
Speaking of cartels, you should check out how Venezuela fell in line, & we should hunt down the Mexican cartels with cruise missiles.
That’s all I have on this, but I’m happy to answer any questions not based in conspiracies about Jews, etc.
With you being a chef, I would think you would be smart enough to not jump out of the frying pan into the fire. Communism is about as far away from anarchy as you can get until you get to the failure stage of the ideology.
