At some point the genre of "video essay" shifted from "interesting 30-minute video I can watch on my lunch break" to "some guy retelling the plot of an entire show for 8 hours".
Desnio@copperCity17Oct 11
The worst thing about getting into yt video essays is slowly realising that all the best video essayists have already retired.

you'd think artists would know how important it is to credit other artists. but no. i noticed it a lot the past years. people don't credit artists they take inspiration from, they don't credit music they use, they don't credit animation trend creators. they dont credit anything
crumb 🇻🇳@cupTWOstOct 12
its cool that jealousy has become an animation meme like porksoda did but it kinda bums me out that crediting the original animation is just something people dont really do anymore.. i know the culture around animation memes has changed alot since 2017 but i wish that it stuck

dream's explanations are always so funny. yeah my screenshot mod changes the hotbar render doubles iron output per raw ore but only once makes random 1 minute to 3 hour jumps. there's a ghost roaming in dream's computer and you're laughing
