Alright guys, I need to get this off my chest. Ever since I lost my main YouTube channel on June 19th after it was falsely or wrongfully terminated for sex and nudity, I have NOT been in a good mood. After sending YouTube an appeal through YouTube studio, and even on the Google form, they were rejected and they still claimed that my channel is in violation of their sex and nudity policy. The problem is that I never got any proper justification for this. They never explained to me what content on my channel or what specific timestamps of my videos or livestreams allegedly violated the policy, though I did explain the livestream incidents in my appeal video. I sent a physical note to the YouTube headquarters, only for it to be completely ignored, I posted on the YouTube help community, I contacted YouTube’s legal team only to get copy and pasted responses, which is not even legal help at all, I contacted YouTube support via live chat several times and even by email one, but they were not very helpful at all and just kept making up excuses just to uphold the suspension of my channel, and I reached out to @TeamYouTube regarding the situation. They told me several times that the decision permanently stands and they could not provide further support. I did try to explain to them why they made an incorrect decision to my channel, but they did not care and have been completely ignoring me, even after tagging them again. Not only they couldn’t provide further support, they also refused to explain to me how I allegedly violated their sex and nudity policy. This proves that YouTube has absolutely no transparency for creators. I know the obvious reason why they are saying that considering they only allow one appeal per termination, but still. It’s also ironic, because I have seen at least some users who eventually did get their channels back, **EVEN AFTER THEIR APPEALS WERE DENIED AND BEING TOLD EXACTLY THAT THE DECISION WAS FINAL FROM YOUTUBE SUPPORT.** Do you want to know something else too? YouTube support even claimed that a real human re-evaluated my content and upheld the decision. If a real human really did make this claim, they would have explained to me what content violated the policy. I did NOT get ANY transparency, legitimate evidence, or a clear explanation of what I supposedly did wrong. I also did not get any genuine help or real human support whatsoever. I already did hire a lawyer for just $300, who sent YouTube a demand letter digitally through their legal email address, but unfortunately was ignored after a month. No, I did not use WBS Legal, it was on another website called Contracts Counsel. I was originally going to use a law firm like Cabilly & Co or Revision Legal, but they cost thousands of dollars and will take forever for me to save up money for. That’s why I gave my evidence files to non profit websites like The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and Elliott Advocacy, as well as filing a complaint to the FTC’s report fraud page. I also found a website called the Santa Clara Principles, an article about content moderation as well as lack of transparency and due process. I went on Gemini and those are the websites it recommended me to use. It also recommended me to use law school clinics that hire pro bono legal assistance. I filed complaints on two of them, one of them unfortunately failed while the other got no responses yet. I just wanted to speak to a real human, a real trust and safety specialist. NOT an algorithm to review my channel, unless they prove the rejections really were true in the first place. Anyone reading this, PLEASE support my posts regarding my channel, including my appeal video and please give them a lot of attention. I don’t even know why I have to have viral posts just to get genuine help. I would really appreciate it if you guys would like and repost my tweets on X, including this one. It will mean a lot to me.
