“Helluva tent.” - Grant Hatcher gives his @mec tent five stars after waking up on the Cobequid Bay and no water seeped in. His sleeping spot, however? One star. Definitely one star. thechronicleherald.ca/news/l…

True! For years I couldn't imagine finding extra $ for this. In the end it's mostly second hand and old outdoor gear/camping stuff gained over years of backcountry travel. Backpack was free from when I worked @mec Whenever we upgrade equip, old stuff tends to go here first.

FAO Pediatricians/ anesthesiologists- invaluable tip for vasular access: a red bike light, cost 5 dollars, has saved me countless times for neonatal access. Don't waste money with expensive devices. See pic of my finger veins as example #pedsanes #pedscards #pediatrics

Love this photo so much by daleavery.com/ of my friend @pbfvoo and Captain Matthew running with @myteamtriumph at last Sat. @mec race. Patrick quotes "The best part about running that it is not an exercise thing, a self image or mental health thing. It's a human thing"
