Absolutely agree. The system is broken. Families want places but we can’t find workers & meanwhile ratios mean we have to turn away families.

Every borrower agreed to the value of their loan & was told the change in repayments in the event of interest rates being 2.5 or 3% higher.
Barring a shock like loss of employment almost no one should be under financial pressure till the cash rate hits 2.5%, less than mkt pricing
