During my address this week at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., I shared that living together in peace requires goodwill among those who differ.
Knowing that we are all children of God gives us a divine vision of the worth of all others.
I pray to our Heavenly Father for His blessings upon us that we will all seek to be peacemakers.

A truth I hope will sink deeply into your soul is that your best is certainly good enough, that you are loved more than you can imagine, and that it isn't your achievements that define you, far less that determine anything about your worth or how you are seen by your Father in Heaven and His Son.
I hate that I have a naturally inquisitive mind, and that when I hear something shocking my reaction is to ask questions.
More than that, I hate that people get angry and demonize me for not just falling in line with whatever the latest "rage bait" is.
