🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 8: THE COMPLICIT FEDERAL WORKERS 🚨 In Drop 7, we saw Paul Zeitz type during a Zoom call: "We are also starting to consult federal workers on how to do some blocking inside the govt agencies during emergency situations - but please do not put that on the form." Excuse me? Actively blocking the federal government during an "emergency situation?" And how are federal workers involved with Renew American Democracy (RAD), a group whose primary mission is to a fundamental rewrite of our Constitution? Turns out, a certain federal workers alliance, FWAD, is working closely with RAD on their goal to rewrite America. FWAD is the Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, formerly known as "Federal Workers Against DOGE." RAD's published strategy lists FWAD among its endorsers. But FWAD isn't just an endorser. It is a founding partner of the Nationwide Deliberation Campaign (NDC). The goal is "a national People's Proposal of structural reforms" - which, in RAD's other videos and strategy documents, is planned to occur just after the federal government has been declared illegitimate. In a nutshell: with no federal government, a representative (read: DEI) panel of citizens will be assembled, their input collated and stitched into a new constitution for the Fourth Founding. But that is not the only path for restructuring. A concept note also proposes "Constitutional amendments," with "state ratification strategies." Either way, all evidence points to that the NGOs in the Block lane know their goal is to rewrite American governance. 🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 4: YES, MANY ARE AWARE OF THE GOALS 🚨 This one is a thread because there are multiple materials. On January 15, 2026, Renew American Democracy (RAD), the strategy built around the Democracy Renewal Group's (DRG) ex-USAID democracy officers, held planning exercises for "emergency scenarios" and how it'd affect their "strategic objectives." RAD's explicit goal is in catalyzing those so-called "emergency scenarios" to manifest "structural reform" - the rewriting of American governance which the previous drops have covered. RAD/DRG hold the unique role within the wider blocking / protest alliance of defining what the new government looks like, presumably because they are made of ex-USAID officers who have specialized in installing new governments. As @MikeBenzCyber last night said on his stream, these DRG members come from the CIA coup parts of USAID. It's been suggested that DRG is just a fringe group within the much larger blocking/protest ecosystem. This morning's interim video mentioning Mike Smith disproved that. And PART 4 disproves that further - the wider network is well aware of DRG and that its goal is to secure a new government. They will dress it in the language that it's Trump who will provoke it, and they're only preventing a true Constitutional crisis. In reality, there's a million ways to interpret what a "red line" is, and many ways to get Trump to cross it. Already, articles everywhere are telegraphing that Trump *will* cross it in the form of the Insurrection Act or martial law, softening us up for the coup ahead. Ex-USAID employees describe how, before January 20, they moved internal groups off government systems and into encrypted Signal chats, then quickly linked with foreign partners and NGOs after the inauguration. This attempt at creating a color revolution isn't new news; this part was already reported in NOTUS earlier this year. But what's not reported is the international aspect. One participant explicitly frames it as "a global anti-authoritarian movement," connecting U.S. officials with "colleagues from around the world who have dealt with this directly." They reference coordination with Johns Hopkins, "international democracy and conflict mitigation spaces," and efforts to mobilize across borders against what they perceive as domestic authoritarianism.
