🚨BREAKING: DOGECOIN UNDER ATTACK FROM ITS OWN FOUNDATION LEADERS They launched @houseofdoge just a few months ago as their "official corporate arm," partnering with Andrew DeFrancesco; a securities fraudster permanently barred from public company roles after a pump-and-dump scheme (hidden ownership, fake promos, bogus SEC filings). He paid ~$3M in penalties & faces ongoing OSC heat. Now, amid refreshed PoS transition talks, they're eyeing easier control via stakes; impossible on PoW. This new, 4-years-old Foundation, with heads knowingly teaming up and opening a private company with a barred violator, has worked very hard to try to acquire various trademarks for dogecoin. NO GOOD-FAITH LEADER DOES THIS TO DOGE. DUE DILIGENCE? ABYSMAL. EMERGENCY CHANGE NEEDED RIGHT NOW AT THIS FOUNDATION - IT'S NOT WORKING IN YOUR INTEREST ANYMORE! sec.gov/enforcement-litigati… sec.gov/files/litigation/com… osc.ca/sites/default/files/2… capitalmarketstribunal.ca/en…

UPDATE: Well, another $780M USDC has now been confirmed moving from a THIRD Binance hot wallet to the exact same address. We’re now talking about $5.62 BILLION. Here’s what I’ve found. The three Binance hot wallets: 20:24:23 UTC: $2.527B transferred from Binance 14 20:24:47 UTC: another $174.4M from a second Binance hot wallet 20:41:23 UTC: 780M USDC from a third Binance hot wallet All three sent funds to: 0x5227f603c1ee34ce3c06efe6477003bdfccb2f8c Total received: $3,481,300,000. The wallet is no longer just holding the funds. According to the latest transaction analysis: 500M USDT moved to 0x9749292d…c762 Another 200M USDT moved to 0x0ddf0480…697e 195,460 ETH, worth approximately $446M, moved to 0x8532fa14…43d4 Part of the USDT was subsequently converted into approximately 122,312 ETH Another wallet received 190M USDT and 3,552 ETH, with at least 10M USDT later deposited into Aave BROTHER. We’re talking about hundreds of millions being split between wallets, converted into ETH and moved into DeFi. Thank god Tether was fast enough and we have $1.8B frozen. Tether or Circle actually froze those funds. We need an official explanation.

ok so far 1.567 (USDT) + 0.828 (USDC) = 2.39 Billion saved.
Tether froze more than 1.567B USDT related to a potential Binance exchange hack. Protecting the industry and our partners is our main priority. Stay safe everyone.

“End of story”? You still haven’t answered the earlier MyDoge/Bark question and you weren't even there Mr "I’m head of ecosystem" of solana copy paste with a dogecoin stamp. Starting again by playing dumb to mislead on your marketing bs. But since you’re here, let’s talk about your marketed deliveries: • Anoncoin: you personally promoted a Solana launchpad as bringing memecoin creation back to Dogecoin. Your own announcement said native Dogecoin support was still a future step. You were selling the destination before delivering the integrations. You better deliver more than one year later. ZK: DogeOS promoted the proposed upgrade in July 2025 as enabling advanced applications on Dogecoin. Fifteen months later, it still isn’t in Dogecoin Core. A proposal and its promised benefits are not an implemented upgrade. MyDoge: Doginals support was offered, then withdrawn in September 2026. Existing users lost that functionality while the next ecosystem was being promoted Your new official friends: • HOD/CleanCore: an “Official Dogecoin Treasury” launched in September 2025. Management agreements ended in February 2026; CleanCore sold its remaining DOGE in July. Its filing reports 70 million DOGE transferred in connection with terminating those agreements. The strategy ended; substantial payments were still made. Not to Mention the SEC and ONC Bar on Andrew DeFrancesco for pump and dump. Now we’re being sold Dogecoin Labs as a “new chapter” and you guys are compromising dogecoin core dev X accounts and turn it to @DogecoinLabs. one could say you try usurp dogecoin identity and sell your private org marketing bs. Real question for you : HODO’s filing uses a $120m Labs valuation to price the $4m Such transaction. Who approved that valuation, what financial results support it, and was it independently assessed?sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/… Show the ownership, insider payments, active users and revenue. Another press release isn’t an answer. This is your ecosystem and its not dogecoin core but a private org with 0 transparency. sec.gov/files/litigation/lit…

As a Dogecoin historian, nothing incenses me like the idea that the former @Dogecoin_Devs account, operating since 2014 (This is their first post!) could end up wiped for some stupid, lazy, follower grab by @MyDogeCEO for @DogecoinLabs. Like, really, what were you thinking?! 😳

1/ I do not hold any inscriptions and I usually do not get involved in those but this situation has affected a lot of people in the Dogecoin community. Warning to Doginal holders about the Doginal Dogs marketplace @barkmeta @doginaldogs
I lost my Doginal Dog #6398 (Wizard) after listing it on market.doginaldogs.com. I wasn't paid anything. Not a seed hack: the market has you sign listings with SIGHASH_NONE|ANYONECANPAY (0x82), which doesn't commit to the price or outputs, then serves those signatures to every visitor. One wallet swept 264 UTXOs from 194 addresses in ~40 seconds and now holds 201 Doginal Dogs. Tx: sochain.com/doge Thief: D6ZJAGkdFJn9cb3y2QAVwv5QtMXfVHihZ4 If you listed there, move your dogs to a fresh wallet now. @doginaldogs, we need logs and compensation.

@MyDogeCTO, my one and only question now is: 👉👉👉is bark lying or you are lying? 👈👈👈 SOMEONE IS. Can't formulate the question differently or you guys will be evasive. Attached the audio of barkmeta who is so happy to share he will make the best marketplace with you guys, he starts mentioning you minute 01:50 Even further supporting this barkmedia.xyz has listed you as their official clients / partner and it stayed months on their website but it was removed 2 days after I sent the link to Jordan, then I am magically gaslighted. Which made me look for the internet archive of barkmedia.xyz and you can see the last time this official partnership was mentioned on it as December 14 2024, and this is the official internet archive link: web.archive.org/web/20241214… You should have been concerned about him saying this. What is so hard to understand here? Because of this constant gaslight this we were we stand now. If it never happened, then bark is lying so please say it and STOP GASLIGHT

Leaked audio from @barkmediax from a private discord call Seed phrases stolen and wallets drained after locking Coward moves They are known for mass reporting and getting accounts shut down so save this video I’m in Cincinnati if you looking 😎 This is the real @monkeypoxsol $POX Happy Holidays 🌲

This old dogecoin dev account is now compromised by the fraudulent dogecoin foundation. Everything to make fake apparences to sell you a fake evm with a dogecoin logo on it.
We're building towards the future Dogecoin's community deserves... and that future is inevitable.

I'm not sure who in their right mind would want to take the helm of that. We are not talking about some community-governed foundation whose board simply needs replacing. We are talking about a network of legal entities scattered across different countries, with employees, contractors and commercial relationships, claiming to represent a decentralized cryptocurrency without ever having received a mandate from its community to do so. And what a legacy to inherit, holy cannoli. - The trademarks, man. With what in Italy we used to call a "supercazzola" masked as legal acumen and higher purpose, they claimed they needed to protect the Dogecoin trademarks from abuse and trademark trolls. Instead, they entered into (from what we can read on paper, on the SEC filings) lucrative commercial licensing agreements, and the resulting trademark licensing rights even ended up listed among the collateral for a $5.5 million loan taken out by House of Doge. This is in the SEC filings. The very thing they supposedly wanted to protect on behalf of the community became a commercial bargaining chip. - The promotion of disastrous commercial ventures. They used their channels to enthusiastically promote ventures such as CleanCore's Dogecoin treasury, presenting them as extraordinarily positive developments for Dogecoin. The treasury arrangement subsequently collapsed, agreements were terminated, financial statements were restated, and CleanCore sold basically all its Doge holdings. Yet I have seen NOT A SINGLE EFFORT from the Foundation to explain to the very same audience what went wrong. And some of the people involved in the Foundation also held positions in the companies involved in these arrangements, with financial interests documented in SEC filings. - The Italian football club. Through House of Doge, they associated the Dogecoin name with the acquisition of a substantial stake in @TriestinaCalcio, a historic but unfortunate Italian football club that subsequently faced technical insolvency, restructuring of debt, and the risk of judicial liquidation. Thanks also to the way this was presented in the press, people now believe "Dogecoin owns a football club" and associate Dogecoin itself with the club's financial troubles. This was all over the news in Italy's main news channels. The damage done was huge. - The community accounts. Accounts that built enormous followings through their association with Dogecoin and its open-source developers have been used for commercial promotion. The former dogecoin_devs account has now even been rebranded as Dogecoin Labs, a commercial venture. We still have no clear public explanation of who authorized this, whether control was transferred, and on what terms. These accounts were built on the credibility and work of people who were contributing to an open-source project, not building an audience for private companies. And that's hardly an exhaustive list. Just to mention one, even the financial accounts of the Foundation's UK entities are overdue. Now: I am not a lawyer. And I won't pretend to know whether any of these arrangements might have legal consequences in the various jurisdictions involved. That's for the lawyers and courts and judges to determine. But morally? I have zero hesitation in calling what has happened a grotesque betrayal of community trust, and of the trust of people who worked alongside some of these individuals for years. I genuinely struggle to imagine why any serious, independent person would want to inherit this mess and all the baggage that comes with it. The attraction for someone interested in controlling the remaining assets and commercial relationships is rather easier to understand. And that brings me to the fundamental problem with the idea of electing a new board. Why should the Dogecoin community have to rescue or rehabilitate an organization that was never elected to represent it in the first place? Dogecoin doesn't need to be rescued by a new board of "directors". Almost everybody around crypto is corrupted or tends to become corrupted. Dogecoin needs its independence respected. The Foundation's failure is not Dogecoin's, thankfully.

In case I haven't made my position on the Dogecoin channels clear enough. Honest companies will create their own channels and push their own channels, not take control of community-run ones. And to all the directors of the "Foundation" who allowed this and other things to happen: I am disgusted, about this and about many other things, like the shilling of private companies and the shilling of corporate maneuvers via marketing posts through all your channels. And I know that some of your old selves would be disgusted by it too. I am really not mad or angry; I hardly ever am. I am disgusted.
First of all, all of you people mysteriously coming here to defend this seem to have never once read my posts. I spent years saying that nobody controls Dogecoin, and nobody should control Dogecoin, and nobody and nothing is official, and that THOSE X accounts should be handed over to the community. I am not sure how any decent person could NOT be disgusted at seeing an account that used to represent an open-source, decentralized effort being renamed into an account run by a for-profit company. The renaming and repurposing of dogecoin_devs into DogecoinLabs might even violate @X's authenticity rules. It surprises me that a well-funded company would want to do that. How should those accounts be used/controlled? I know it might be difficult for y'all to understand, since this is a bit unusual in the crypto niche where people want control and money. But I have zero interest in or intention of getting involved in controlling that channel. The thing I tried to propose in the past to the holders of the @dogecoin and dogecoin_devs accounts was to establish a system where everybody could vote on news to be posted there, with a final review by 4-5 people rotating every few months. So the channel could have space to promote new for-profit commercial ventures, but it would ALSO have space to criticize and warn people about the risks. All posts would need to contain risk and affiliation disclaimers. Instead, we now have both accounts shilling commercial products, including a bridge that, at the time of the post, had critical bugs, a for-profit L2 which is aimed, among other things, at supporting tokens, and a wallet that has encouraged users to link their identity to their crypto holdings (and whose CTO encouraged people NOT to save their seed phrases locally). All of the above should have had no space to be posted in those channels without proper risk disclosure. A lot of people are going to lose their pants, like they lost them to House of Doge (shilled by the "Foundation" people, who never apologized or followed up on that).

My intervention was among other things AGAINST the takeover of the dogecoin channels by Dogecoin Labs. They took control of community resources (the old dogecoin_devs X account that in the past was used by Dogecoin Core developers was renamed to DogecoinLabs) because the Dogecoin “Foundation” (a group with no mandate to represent the Dogecoin community and which pushed several disasters over the past years) gave them access to the channel. I am against all of this and disgusted by it. Do not try to frame my opinion in support of it.

I'm (finally) (re)preparing the Whippet 1.3.1 release. This ought to fix a bunch of bugs. I'm grateful to everyone who helped me find the bugs in this silly proof of concept.

X's own Authenticity policy explicitly prohibits: "Trading, buying, selling (either through monetary or virtual compensation) or soliciting access of X accounts, including the temporary or permanent transfer or sales of accounts" Since we do not know who is posting there anymore, but we know it is not the original Dogecoin devs, we have the "right" (in this wild west of bullies, of course, we have no rights) to know so that we can determine what is going on. The old dogecoin_devs account accumulated over half a million followers through its association with Dogecoin Core development. It has now been repurposed to represent Dogecoin Labs, a commercial venture. This is a simple fact, I am not sure how it can be event contested. So the question is: was the account simply renamed by its original operators, or was control transferred to a new commercial entity as part of any commercial arrangements? If the latter, wouldn't that potentially violate X's own rules? Do you know what actually happened? Because I haven't seen a public explanation. Source: help.x.com/en/rules-and-poli…

Semantics are essential when we talk about security and custody and identity and custody. Is a centralized authority with single-party custodial wallets locking up funds and claiming "it's Dogecoin" but all the work happens off the chain really Dogecoin? Semantically? I say no.

So @MyDogeCTO pulled an Inev and went on a deleting spree after what I can only assume were panicked calls crying "WTF are you doing?!?" Erase all you want, Alex, but we saw your true face last night and you did *irreparable* damage to @DogecoinLabs. Fill in the blanks, folks!
Just a big shout out to @MyDogeCTO for putting me into reading mode tonight. I likely would have had just a quiet night in if not for your utter dumbassery. Thanks, bud! 😆

House of doge will be nasdaq delisted / halted very soon (days from now). Few weeks ago they announced seeking 100 million $ from investors to sell them shares at prefered price. Well in few days those shares wont be publicly traded anymore. Their practices are obvious. Dogecoinlabs is the new marketing brochure they will sell you now. Nothing will change. Their model is already known. Do not let them debrand dogecoin to their evm.
The most burning questions right now: How is @HouseofDoge an equity investor in @DogecoinLabs? And what does that mean, exactly? Why would @MyDogeCEO want anything to do with them? 🤔 Does Dogecoin Labs/MyDoge control @Dogecoin now? (Which is why they changed @Dogecoin_Devs?)

True pillar dogecoin core devs have warned against the dogecoin foundation years ago. It has always been a coup and we still pay the consequences today. Do not believe anything coming from dogecoin foundation nor dogeos nor mydoge nor house of doge.

They are not dogecoin. They are doing a coup! Their true intentions was always aquiring dogecoin brand to run their scams. They have nothing to do with dogecoin core. dogeos / mydoge is not dogecoin, its an evm / and wallet. Claiming they are dogecoin as a whole now is the proof their goal is to overtake the brand and becoming a figure of authority they never were. They will lose soon their dogecoin trademarks curently owned by the dogecoin foundation that Alex helped to acquire back in 2021. They will lose it because they shouldnt have got it granted in the first place. They used the trademarks to make deals with fraudsters, and did so bad that the trademarks are now hostage as collateral to payback an impossible loan. Its all written in sec fillings. This is a coup as Patrick Lodder, a pillar dogecoin core dev and maintainer already described 4 years ago. We will only get out of this never ending situation only once the circle of crooks are dealt with: Dogecoin foundation, house of doge, dogeos and mydoge
