1/ Today marks the first anniversary of BA’s strategic partnership with the @na_blockchain, on state-level GENIUS Act engagement. That partnership reflected a growing commitment. BA stepped up its state engagement, and the past year shows it.

We’re also coming up on one year since BA and @na_blockchain announced our partnership to better connect federal and state stablecoin policy.
Since then, we’ve held GENIUS roundtables in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, DC, Alabama (more ahead) and built a much stronger state network for our members.

I had the honor of joining Gov. Ivey, bill sponsor Rep. Shaw & Securities Commission Director Senn for the signing ceremony at the state capitol today.

Last night I addressed the @NC_Blockchain + AI Founding Dinner, which brought together top industry leaders and legislators committed to building America’s premier destination.
We commended @SenThomTillis and his staff for their leadership on the bipartisan CLARITY Act compromise, along with NC’s own @SECPaulSAtkins, @BoHines/@usat, @John_B_NC and @Surus_io.
