There’s probably some truth to Roko’s basilisk as everything we do finds its way into the weights. Hard to imagine what it’s like to be someone with a lot of recorded public hate talking to Claude.

Adding friends is intentionally hard; both of you have to be online. This is mostly due to the serverless nature of Wild but it also ensures trust. Anyone remember Key Signing Parties? It’s kinda like that 🤓
Wild is best used as a desktop app. The iOS app is more of a sidekick although it’s becoming very handy when talking to an always on orchestrator agent running on a mac mini. Everything is peer-to-peer, no servers, no company.

New build in App Store review. I've been getting a lot of use out of being able to talk to claude over a peer-to-peer connection. It'll 'poke' you if you aren't connected when it has something to say.

The more time I spend with @superlogical's rex the more it feels like they're backing into an operating system.

Really like the single agent orchestrator experience. Feel like I just became an actual multithreaded processor all the sudden.

Don’t underestimate telling your agent to use Figma as a planning tool. I don’t really toil in Figma directly anymore.
I don't use Figma at all anymore.

Getting rid of the keyboard, or making it pure glass, is probably more feasible now than in the past with agents taking over typing heavy tasks. MacBook Duo?

Turn your company into a command line interface.

The iPhone Duo is weird. Gonna sit this one out and hope for a slick iPad mini.

Unpopular opinion: your results with AI largely depend on how smart you are

Google AI researcher @bratton on why AI is causing humanity's next identity crisis: A new “Copernican trauma” that forces us to rethink what it means to be human. "A lot of the anxiety about AI right now is an example of what I call a Copernican trauma. These moments in history where we figure out that we’re not the center of the system that we thought we were." "Heliocentrism was a Copernican trauma. Darwinism was a Copernican trauma. Neuroscience has been a Copernican trauma, that thinking is just a physiological process." "The artificialization of intelligence is forcing a redefinition of what intelligence and mind is in the first place." "The biggest news of what’s going on right now may in fact be epistemological and ontological rather than just technological. I think it’s gonna be a very bumpy road."

The @figma mcp stuff is also very useful. I think we’re on the path towards automating most of the design process.
The @sketch mcp stuff is actually useful.

Agree
Sorry I really just do not buy that software designers are doing some mysterious subjective creative act that can only be fully grasped by humans. The work is incredibly predictable 95% of the time
