35 days since opening my case with @AmericanAir and 0 payout. Thousands of dollars in damages, and only getting worse by having to rent equipment to replace what they lost. Filing another DOT complaint today since they only seem to respond to those.

Despite my @USDOT complains @AmericanAir has *still* refused to file my claim for over 2 weeks. They’ve been privided three times the receipts for what they lost and damaged. It’s fuck AA all the way down now.

Meanwhile @Aeromexico has been phenomenal and didn’t damage or lose any of our bags. Cancelled 14 @AmericanAir tickets to rebook aero last night after AA lost our equipment and has been unwilling to help.

Day 4 of begging @AmericanAir to help us with the hundreds of dollars in musical gear they lost. It’s impacting our live shows in front of thousands of people.
