I am back here 👋
Still unsure if it's a good idea.
But the time in tech is just too exciting.
Without AI, I would not have had time for this project, nor designing these small animations for some delight.

I landed an Airbus A321 from Vienna to Tyrol in rainy conditions.

Lockup period can really ruin a liquidity event 🙃
With revenue numbers at Anthropic, hope employees have the patience to weather a storm. RSU liquidity can be a huge challenge.
I was at Robinhood right before IPO. RSUs opened at $38. Employees had a 6mo lockup. Stock dipped below $11 eroding most of the value.
Took a whole lot of patience and tbh beast company execution to see that money when the stock rose again many years later. @vladtenev crushed it so hard that they even gave employees refreshers to preserve morale during the downturn.
It’s often a once in a lifetime chance, and then you are locked up with paper money that is life changing.
BTW companies can reduce lockup to just a month.
Great companies offer secondaries beforehand
