I'm glad my laying-out-the-deck and photo-taking and editing skills are being appreciated in the replies :)

Copied @darkvulpine's yawg list, lost one match, then rattled off 6 wins in a row to top 8 the Tuesday Challenge with my old favorite and the worst breakers I'd ever seen in my life.

Officially won my highest-grossing tournament in the EOE Arena Open today!! (if you don't count the Cloud Promo) I've found this format a lot deeper than folks realize - it feels incredible winning a high stakes draft 2 with something weird like 2x Memorial Vault

Was able to 3-1 a weekly for an ultima to give rona relic one last (small) hurrah before rotation, after missing two city of brasses in the finals this weekend (against a PT and a worlds competitor, thanks Seattle). List is somewhat scuffed but still v fun to play :)

Other weird stuff: - Alpine moon vs Saga is timestamps (moon wins unless it's flashed) - Saga after bmoon enters with a lore counter (afaictβ€”compare 714.3a and 310.4b) but no ch1 trigger. After moon leaves saga will get construct ability on 2nd counter but still no T: C ability
Garrison (@HanweirGarrison) profile pictureGarrison@HanweirGarrison30 May 2025
This does not go live until FF release (so it doesn’t change anything for the spotlight series). Also, if an Urza’s saga has gained abilities through its chapter abilities already (say, to make constructs), it can still do that under a blood moon @fireshoes

I guess 306.5b is the better point of comparison for 714.3a β€” 306.5b gives PWs an intrinsic ability of "this permanent enters with N counters", while 714.3a just says sagas enter with counters
164
The second point may not be true depending on how they implement the change. e.g. if they change 714.3a and 714.3b to grant intrinsic abilities to the card, then Saga would enter with no counters under moon (and saga creatures under dress down).

Top 8!! Thank you so much to Mirrorbreaker teammates for the testing, Noor for list ideas, Evan who convinced me to play a scrollshift without having cast it before Fri, Mary for the cute omnis for day 2, and ofc @LukeBrandes for the cards and emotional support this weekend <3 🧡
