What would y'all do if you were fishing a place you've never fished before for smallmouth bass?
#flyfishing #fishing asked by @FliesBySpencer
If you were going to (fly) fish for smallmouth bass from shore at a reservoir you've never been to before, what would you do? Would you start?

Stopped at a local pond to fly fish. A kid, Eli, came up and asked to try. (He was with his grandma.) I had an old 2 piece St Croix that was given to me at home. Now it has been regifted! Eli said, "no one has ever done anything like this for me" and asked for a hug. 1/2
