Why are you sticking up for Mark Carney when he so obviously does not care about Canadians? Why is your government giving the Dominican Republic millions for housing when Canadians have an affordability crisis and cannot afford homes?

🚨 Northern Affairs Minister wants me to stop asking her tough questions about Mark Carney and his housing failures.
I ask her why:
❌ Mark Carney dropped his ‘500,000 new homes a year’ promise,
❌ Carney gave $20,000 bonuses to his housing bureaucrats for failing
❌ Carney sent $7.8 MILLION taxpayer dollars to fund housing in the Dominican Republic while northern Canadian housing is in disrepair.
I will ALWAYS stand up for northerners.

So I got a call from a “Moe supporter” asking for a $200 donation after telling me that I was such a generous supporter in the past. This number has been on my call display, it seems like hundreds of times over a few months, never leaving a message. I decided to answer. She started on this rehearsed spiel for a good minute and probably would have continued for another few but I interjected. My message was clear. I gave credit for what has been done to make this a have province but then pointed out what should be done collectively by the western provinces to make our votes here count federally and what more could be done here to make things better for the workers and consumers and the country as a whole. My spiel was short and blunt and I feel a bit better. Oh , she might not call back for quite a while.
