Today, together with stakeholders, we joined the Rt. Hon. @Thomas_Tayebwa who represented Maama the First Lady, @JanetMuseveni to launch the National Framework for Education on Health and Life Skills at the Office of the President.
This home-grown, values-based and age-appropriate Framework gives our children one national compass to navigate challenges of adolescence, teenage pregnancy, HIV, substance abuse, mental health and misuse of digital media.
I thank Maama for her moral clarity in insisting Uganda must have its own direction.
