Today, on Yom Kippur, I am thinking of Melvin Cravitz and Adrian Daulby, and of their families, friends and everyone affected by the horrific antisemitic attack at Heaton Park Synagogue, one year ago. This was an act of terrorism on our Jewish community, simply gathering to worship on the holiest day of their year. Manchester must always be a city where everyone can live openly, safely and without fear. We stand together against antisemitism, hatred and terror.

Growing up the prospect of seeing a Spitfire actually flying was vanishingly rare. We are absolutely spoilt in Huntingdon to see WWII aircraft overhead every week; Spitfires, Hurricanes, Mustangs, even an ME109. Today itโ€™s the Spitfire T9.
