Judge Reno Francis Xavier has been able to destroy the evidence by barging into the police station, as the victim’s family allege, precisely because of his position as Additional District and Sessions Judge.
The Hon’ble Kerala High Court is essentially mocking and insulting the victim’s family by upholding the Judge's fairness and asking them to place trust in him just because “he’s a judicial officer”, when he’s already facing the allegation that he’d abused that position to absolve himself of any cognizance of the crime committed.
Some impeccable sense of judgement from the Hon’ble Milords in Kerala High Court. 🔥

Thank you Constitution of India, its politicians and its people.
A general category candidate scoring 550 marks with an All India Rank of 13,000 in NEETPG cannot get MD Anaesthesiology at Banaras Hindu University.
But an SC candidate with just 70 marks out of 800 and rank 2,23,863 walks straight into the same MD Anaesthesiology seat at BHU.
This is not counselling.
This is the open murder of merit.
You are stuffing operation theatres with people who scored lower than random guessing, then expecting them to anaesthetise patients.
Patients will pay with their lives. Genuine doctors who actually studied will keep rotting outside. And you will still call this “social justice”.
Keep destroying the system.
History will remember who sold merit for votes.

24% of the students in this list are Indian Americans. They make up only 1.5% of the US population.
THIS IS WHY you see a higher proportion of Indians in STEM professions.
But some MAGA idiot will comment "they scammed their way in".
How do you scam your way into getting a 4.0+ GPA, MAGAtards? 🤡

The scars on Captain Smit Machchaar, the Hindu DubaiAir pilot are representative of a larger civilizational metaphor.
- They represent the valiant victory of the Hindu rulers Bappa Rawal and Nagabhatta in Sindh against the Umayyad Caliphates as Charles Martel was defeating the same Umayyads in France.
- They represent the heroic resistance of Prithviraj Chauhan against the Ghorid Islamists as Spain was fighting its Reconquista against the Muslim Al-mohad forces.
- They represent the endless wounds of the Hindu Marathas in the East as the Habsburgs and Poles were breaking the Siege of Vienna in the West.
For over 1500 years, Hindu polities in Asia and Christian polities in Europe faced successive waves of Islamic expansion and answered with protracted military and cultural resistance- simultaneously. The worlds of the Hindus and of Europe have been linked by this shared historical experience far longer, and more deeply, than many Euro-centrists or their derivates here, the "heritage Americans" acknowledge.
Captain Machchhar’s scars make that older interconnection visible again in the present.
Why is nobody talking about this?

BREAKING: After years of our continuous follow-up and communication with the MHA Foreigners Division, Bureau of Immigration and Indian consular offices in the US, the Government of India cancelled the OCI registration of John Daniel of Laymen's Evangelical Fellowship India over Christian missionary activities in Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Madras High Court has upheld the cancellation, finding that he had engaged in missionary preaching without the required permission.
WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT?
Laymen’s Evangelical Fellowship India (LEFI), registered in Nungambakkam, Chennai, is associated with John Daniel, an Indian-born American citizen engaged in religious and missionary activities in India on behalf of the organisation while holding OCI status. LEFI’s presence is particularly notable in Andhra Pradesh’s coastal districts of Prakasam, Guntur and Nellore, and its wider network of churches across India warrants systematic documentation and scrutiny of compliance with applicable laws.
CASE OF STUARTPURAM VILLAGE, ANDHRA PRADESH?
Stuartpuram was historically associated with communities branded as “criminal tribes” under the British colonial Criminal Tribes Act of 1871. This stigma reflected colonial policies of collective suspicion and social control, not any inherent criminality of the communities concerned. From the mid-20th century, Christian organisations, including LEFI undertook outreach activities in the region involving religious conversions in the guise of moral education and employment initiatives.
Network of churches established by LEFI across India is provided below:
Andhra Pradesh: 354 Churches
Telangana: 42 Churches
Tamil Nadu: 117 Churches
Andaman & Nicobar Islands: 1 Church
Arunachal Pradesh: 5 Churches
Assam: 5 Churches
Birhar: 1 Church
Chattisgarh: 2 Churches
New Delhi: 1 Church
Goa: 1 Church
Gujarat: 5 Churches

Karnataka: 10 Churches
Kerala: 3 Churches
Madhya Pradesh: 2 Churches
Maharashtra: 9 Churches
Manipur: 8 Churches
Meghalaya: 3 Churches
Mizoram: 1 Church
Nagaland: 2 Churches
Odisha: 7 Churches
Punjab: 4 Churches
Rajasthan: 1 Church
Sikkim: 1 Church
Tripura: 1 Church
Uttarakhand: 1 Church
Uttar Pradesh: 7 Churches

THIS'S BIGGER THAN IT APPEARS!
Bahut Regime Change karna tha. Modi Sarkar now cutting nerves of foreign funding & US is also now onboard.
ED SHARES NEVILLE ROY SINGHAM’S (NewsClick wala bast@rd) DETAILS WITH FBI!
Details👇
The pattern is too clean to ignore.
Shanghai-based Neville Roy Singham (US tech mogul, ThoughtWorks seller, self-described socialist with deep China ties) has been under the scanner for years for routing money into leftist media and activist networks.
In Bharat: ED alleges his network pushed ~₹85–92 crore into NewsClick through FDI and “service” payments designed to bypass foreign-funding rules. Purpose, according to investigators: information warfare — pro-China narratives, coverage that aligned with anti-government protests (farm laws, anti-CAA, Kashmir maps, present Regime Change Ops etc.). Delhi Police earlier linked the same ecosystem to funding that allegedly fueled ri0ts and unrest. ED has now shared details with the FBI.
In the US: Grand jury probe + House Ways and Means subpoenas on Singham-linked entities (People’s Forum, BreakThrough News, Tricontinental). Same playbook — hundreds of millions into socialist/activist groups accused of amplifying division and foreign-aligned messaging.
Now the same network’s name keeps surfacing around coordinated protest amplification (Bharat + France + Italy + others). BJP leaders are pointing to “Global Chaos Inc” style reports on 101 groups and asking the obvious questions about foreign money, opposition politics, and street mobilization.
This isn’t isolated philanthropy. It’s a multi-country funding pipeline that consistently lands on the side that weakens elected governments and amplifies street chaos. When the money, the media outlets, the activist infrastructure, and the protest timing all point in the same direction, pretending it’s organic is the real conspiracy theory.
Bharat's ED + US agencies looking at the same man at the same time is not a coincidence. Follow the money. The regime-change toolkit is on full display.
Meantime, ED has challenged the Delhi HC’s 2026 order quashing its case in the Supreme Court & preparing for action in Bharat too.
Btw.... coincidentally, US coming onboard happened after NIA Court granting bail to "some" US Citizen. Keep guessing! Such "deals" are very common among Security Agencies. On Social Media, U can get lot of noise, but rarely "Real" angle.

This is @RahulGandhi 's shameless politics and @vdsatheesan 's #PuthuYugaKeralam.
A young Malayalee rank holder has shaved her head and begun a hunger strike outside the Secretariat. Not for a favour, but for the appointments the PSC rank list promised them.
Like all the promises and failed guarantees of Rahul Gandhi's fraudulent politics, justice has not been delivered for the PSC rank holders.
The CM who flies off to Delhi in the name of fighting for the rights of youth has not delivered for the youth of his own state.
And I ask: why are the PSC, its irregularities and these young Malayalees not the subject of a full discussion in the Assembly? Our Legislature Party leader @GopakumarBB ji moved a notice today. It was denied.
That these young Malayalees have been harmed is without doubt. Yet the Congress/IUML government has still not delivered justice.
Why?
Whether it is PSC irregularities, the Sabarimala loot, the Exalogic corruption, or KIIFB, Congress is protecting CPM. They are not two but one. Randalla, onnanu.
The BJP/NDA stands with our youth. It will continue a strong fight, inside and outside the Assembly, to ensure justice for the deserving.

Because of this woman, I spent two years in jail simply for posting a meme. And now, she has the audacity to preach about freedom of speech. She clearly needs a lesson in Articles 14, 19, and 21 of the Indian Constitution. When she was Chief Minister, students, social media users, vloggers, and YouTubers were sent to jail for daring to speak out. Now that the people of West Bengal have rejected her, she suddenly wants to lecture everyone about democracy and freedom of speech. The hypocrisy is unbelievable.
The freedom of speech and expression is being taken away from lakhs of citizens across the country.
This BJP government does not care about Article 14, Article 19 and Article 21 of our great Constitution. This government wants to deprive all citizens, including elected representatives, of their right to express themselves freely.
We extend our support to students, youth, social media users, vloggers, YouTubers, and independent digital platforms. We demand that they must be allowed to express themselves freely. Full strength to them as we, all together, fight this dangerous trend of censorship.
Instead of indulging in atrocities against citizens on social media, this government should focus on taking care of the North East along with ensuring the safety and security of all people across the country.

"Indian people are like fucking animals."
While waiting to board a flight from Kathmandu to New Delhi, I moved to the side of a crowd in front of the jet bridge to catch up with my mother in line when I heard this man behind me say those words.
His name is Joaquin Bonilla Garcia. He's a Spanish passport holder.
When I called him out on his blatant racism, he remained silent. After the flight, upon realizing I had filed a complaint with the airline, he tried to tell me there was a "misunderstanding." But I heard him loud and clear.
I'm sharing this for two reasons.
1) I believe in freedom of speech, and I believe just as strongly that words have meaning. I think hateful statements should bear consequences. I couldn't track him down, but I would appreciate your help in identifying his community and holding him to account.
2) Racism is alive and well, even (especially?) in unlikely settings. I wasn't expecting to hear this kind of language on a flight within South Asia, surrounded by South Asian people, from a tourist who was visiting the region voluntarily. As an Indian American, I feel the pressure to be extra conscious of my behavior when I'm a visitor in another country. Clearly, others feel the opposite, even more empowered to behave badly when they are away from home.
