Tonight, we've filed a meritorious, necessary, and powerful defamation lawsuit against former NFL star wide receiver and Pro Football Hall of Fame member Terrell Owens in the Southern Division of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
This important moment marks the milestone first of many suits that we will file on behalf of completely innocent young men Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour.
As this suit proves beyond any doubt, no amount of fame, money, or scare tactics will deter us from our mission of fighting for accountability, justice, and truth on behalf of these three wonderful people who so deeply loved and cared about their dear friend Nolan Wells.
🚨BREAKING: In an Officer Tatum exclusive, attorneys @mrcoxie and @EdPaltzik , representing Nolan Wells’ friends Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour, have officially filed a lawsuit against former NFL player Terrell Owens.
The lawsuit centers on Owens’ September 26 post calling for the three friends to be arrested “IMMEDIATELY!! LIKE YESTERDAY!!” while sharing a video that accused them of being involved in Nolan’s death and tampering with his phone. The complaint alleges Owens’ post falsely portrayed Warren, Jax, and Morgan as criminals involved in murder, a cover-up, and evidence tampering.
Their attorneys point to the grand jury’s unanimous No True Bill, which came before Owens’ post, and its finding that there was “no credible evidence” that anyone traveling on the three boats engaged in criminal conduct related to Nolan’s death. The complaint also states that GPS data and security footage supported the passengers’ accounts and that those individuals cooperated fully with investigators.
The lawsuit brings claims for defamation per se and false light invasion of privacy and seeks compensatory and punitive damages, with the amount to be determined at trial.
And when I spoke with their lawyers after the filing, they had a simple message for T.O. “Trial Time, TO.”
If you want to know why Chuck Todd is a POS, this clip right here where he compares Elizabeth Holmes a conwoman to @elonmusk who actually builds cars and Rockets and lets it slip that he thinks he's a fraud.
Oscar-winning filmmaker Alex Gibney, director of a NEW documentary about Elon Musk, tells @chucktodd why he believes @elonmusk succeeded where @ElizabethHolmes failed.
@alexgibneyfilm: “She didn't have a machine that worked. Tesla is a good car, and he invested in a company that was invented by Marc Tarpenning and Martin Eberhard, you know, with a genius idea about lithium-ion batteries and also this idea that you would start at the top of the market with a really fast, fun car to drive. And then, as people begin to buy them, you slowly drive the price down.”

Anime version of the Love Potion story! I'm still giddy watching the result, it works so well 😁
Script from @moonlightbro and Malfoid base artwork from @Reia_76
The video was created with Minimax H3 Max Ref.
"Potter no baka! 😡"
"A love potion." Snape repeated flatly.
"I didn't say the word love," replied back Draconia, "But yes, something of that nature."
Snape sighed, but continued writing, not bothering to look up at her.
"What symptoms are you experiencing?"
"A quickening heart rate. Shakiness around the... suspect. Unusual emotional responses in the presence of the suspect. Intrusive thoughts of the suspect. Romantic ideation." Draconia's face blushed as she said the words aloud.
"And who might the 'suspect' be?"
"I don't see how that's relevan-"
"Miss Malfoid, this is a very serious accusation. It is my responsibility as a professor to inquire fully. Who is it?" Snape finally set his papers aside, looking up at her from his desk.
Draconia twiddled her wand in her fingertips, refusing to even look in his direction.
"...Potter.", she said, pushing a lock of silver hair behind her ear.
"Potter." Snape repeated.
"T-that's what I said, isn't it?"
"Potter can hardly brew a sleeping draught much less a-"
"Then Granger brewed it! Or he stole it! I don't know! Can you just test me? Or something?"
Snape stood up, seemingly annoyed by the whole ordeal. He turned, reaching into his cabinet of restricted potions, rustling through them, looking for something.
"And why, pray tell, would Potter do this to you?"
Her heart skipped a beat. She hadn't considered that. Why would he? Unless he... She shook her head, as if the thought could be shaken out of her.
"To humiliate me, obviously. I bet he's having a grand laugh right now at my expense. Stupid Potter." She clenched her fists, indignant.
Snape turned and produced a small potion of silver liquid.
"Drink this. It will cure you of whatever may, or may not be ailing you."
She swiped it from him and held it up to her lips, but paused. Why did she pause? Drinking this would cure her of the love potion, it would make these inconvenient feelings go away. So then why isn't she drinking it? She clenched her fists, and chugged the potion before she could second guess herself again. She stood there, eyes closed and cheeks pink, waiting for something to change.
"How long until it starts to wor-"
"Instantly."
She stood there for several more seconds, holding her breath, until Harry appeared in her mind again, and her pulse quickened.
Her eye twitched, "Well clearly this has been a huge waste of time."
"Obviously." Snape said flatly, the corner of his mouth twitching slightly.

Canada watching us botch a lethal injection
BREAKING: Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee is halting the state’s remaining execution for 2026 and ordering a third-party review after officials fail to execute death row inmate Christa Pike.
Pike received two syringes of lethal injection Wednesday night but remained alive and could be heard snoring, according to her attorneys and media witnesses. Her legal team filed an emergency motion to stop the execution as the situation unfolded.
Pike was later transported to an off-site medical facility.
Lee says the state has a responsibility to ensure executions are carried out legally, constitutionally, and effectively.
