If you can understand Japanese, or are in the process of learning how to do so, and you are also interested in anthropology/linguistics/archaeogenetics/prehistory, then I can highly recommend this channel. Videos have both good sources and good explanations for various topics.
I was expecting some standard cookie cutter examples, but this is actually the best list you could ever make as an answer to that question.
Here's a ridiculously long list of places you can meet and socialize with other people.
Although I'm sure someone will still come up with an excuse about how none of them are viable options.

no man goes on the same japan trip twice for he is not the same man and it is not the same japan
I don't game as much as I used to, yet I still feel attached to my gaming PC in some way. Reading this felt like if I had a pet dog and someone wanted to kidnap it and harvest its organs.
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman says it’s “quite terrible” that people have so much DRAM sitting in their own PCs instead of being used in data centers.
“Everyone have a bunch of the world’s limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer. And be used 5% of the time,”
He argues that cloud data centers should make better use of limited memory supplies instead of people running AI models locally.

Reminder that when they offered the role of the poop emoji in the emoji movie to Jordan Peele, he took it as an insult and thought it was beneath him and it led to him quitting acting, so they were like "fine, we will offer it to Sir Patrick Stewart," and he gladly took the role and made jokes about how it was one of the most important roles of his career. RIP to a real one.

Seeing a Ukrainian official standing shoulder to shoulder with a Russian official in Russian-occupied Ukrainian territory is insane. I honestly can't believe it's happening; it's taken almost 5 years to get there.
I personally continue to coordinate the humanitarian mission.
☝️At this stage, those who wished to leave Oleshky have had the opportunity to do so and are now on their way to Ukraine. Humanitarian aid has been delivered. The convoys have split up, and I am now heading back to Ukraine.
The ceasefire has been in effect for 87 hours. No violations have been recorded.
I would like to thank the Ukrainian Defence Forces for making this humanitarian mission possible!
❗️Our work continues in accordance with the agreements reached with Russia’s Human Rights Commissioner, Yana Lantratova, with the support and coordination of US @FLOTUS
Ancient man understood that the real way to "mog" and humiliate a rival is by doing something so good for him that he knows he'll never be able to pay you back. Now we all preen and snipe at each other like little girls.
I was quickly reminded why I hate going out last night
Everybody is just so fucking mean and angry man. Always looking for a way to socially win against you. Girls will bait you into a convo to walk away. Guys will find a way to get a quick “nut drag” on you socially
People will find ways to just throw social jabs when they are supposed to be out having a good time
I’m starting to genuinely hate the human race
I used to think our one redeemable quality is our thinking and rational abilities to transcend us from a beast
This genuinely doesn’t exist in most people

I encountered an odd Mandela effect, apparently the Soviet union’s flag was red and not green (as depicted in the first picture) and was founded by a Vladimir Lenin and not Vladimir Greenin (as depicted in the second picture)

Memorization has an unfairly negative reputation. I recently spent a few hours memorizing the names of all the countries in the world and it's such a clear improvement in how well I can understand and reason about other topics. Memorization is scaffolding for more complex ideas

entire comment section is people saying 2k is a lot and posting their sub-10-dollar bank accounts. i genuinely have no fucking idea how the goyim are people
I've done this 3 times. Someone already wrote the method to do this in the comments, but the trick is just to befriend one or two guys from the friend group independently of the other members.
