We are tracking that, both to the Middle East and Somalia to see what the uses of that have been.” Bessent is telling the world, that he has the ability to follow the money, even through wire transfers outside of the regulated banking system. There’s now nowhere to hide. There’s a reason why there have been so many fraud busts overseas in Trump’s second term. Elon Musk and DOGE have helped Bessent to track the money. It’s resulted in a lot of major busts overseas, which is a stark difference from any past presidents.
