Researchers at NUS just 3D printed metal circuits in mid air using a system called CHARM3D. It uses Field’s metal, a low melting alloy that cools fast enough to hold its own shape.
They can literally draw wires in space that conduct electricity, bend, and heal when reheated.
A step toward electronics that build themselves.

This is an epic conversation. I feel like sometimes
@RayDalio is a bit unapproachable in our bitsized media world, but @friedberg distills it down for everyone to digest. I feel like this message needs to be turned into memes and spread across the internet pervasively.

The plan is to build condos in Manhattan.
The sites/buildings that I’m looking at are:
40-85K SF buildable, ideally R-10 equivalent or higher, south of 50th street.
Total project cost will range from $60M to $100M.
The thesis is:
Between the expected rise of rents from the expiration of the 421a tax abatement and the increasing age and requirements from co-ops, the demand for condos will continue to grow.
Additionally, the distress hitting the office market in Manhattan is likely to result in more transactions than we typically see.
The goal:
To deliver condos within the $2M-$5M range.
The audience:
People who work in Manhattan and want to live there.
