We all know that I can tell time and I can sense glucose in the environment. But, I bet you didn't know that not only I can sense temperature, I can use my temperature response to make cool stuff! Nice work using me Larrondo lab! @lflarrondo journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128…

We can now plant over 700 near-single Arabidopsis seeds per plate with a modified Ender 3 (~$200) 3D printer, the AraPrinter. Next, we will combine the AraPrinter1.0 with the 3D printer-based imaging system, Imag3D, to track germination with high temporal resolution. Stay tuned.

mRNAs are not the only types of RNA, but I am sure that you knew that. But did you know that I have been working to identify miRNAs in fungi. I am such a good model system! And so modest!!! Check this out! biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…
