That's a shutout win for the @EdmontonOilers! 👏
ALT Final score: Oilers defeat Islanders 4-0

I said to @Bob_Stauffer before the season that 10-4 too the end of October was a very feasible record. That was before all the injuries!
10-2-2 is an unbelievable start.

Calm, mellow , structured hockey .
This team is still missing 2 top 6 forwards and a red hot goalie .
Lol.
This is the best team in the league right now , and it’s not particularly close .
10-2-2
Vibes are high , the play is proper , this team may be different to watch chaos wise and yes some entertainment value , but this is 100 percent Stanley cup winning hockey , I do fear injuries will catch up if the guys can’t stay healthy for long periods this year , that is 100 percent a valid worry , but as of right now , this oilers team is doing pretty much everything right .
Foot on the pedal pushed all the way down, let’s keep riding boys!

And Bouchard has been 5 times better than Kucherov in the playoffs. That’s the biggest concern with Kucherov.

It won't happen, but imagine Tampa just blew it up this offseason.
Trade Kuch for a young player/futures package then if they lose in the 1st round (again) waive the white flag on the core before they all age significantly.
Keep Hagel and Moser (still mid 20's), then Guentzel, Point, Vas and Cirelli would get pretty big hauls
They have basically all their picks after this year.
