Your body knows exactly when you’re living a lie. It responds to your duplicity with fatigue and mind fog as its revenge. It feels that you’ve betrayed it essence, so it leaves you with a spiritual emptiness that you can’t quite explain. Many at this point think that the problem is physical. They go on prescriptions, try crazy diets, become more “disciplined” in the gym. But they ignore the deeper, spiritual issue: they’ve betrayed themselves for nothing. Nothing will heal you except a return to your nature, and a promise to live unapologetically true to yourself at all moments. All it requires is a little courage to be different and to be judged. But nothing is more worth your effort.

My first attempt at timber framing more than a quarter century ago now. Oak at that! I made a good living building elaborate horse stables for about a decade after college. This was the last ‘barn’ I built. The next decade was focused on using these same methods to build houses.

My advice to anyone starting out: Develop a very strong opinion about yourself. Know exactly who you are & who you are not. If you don't, random people will try to tell you who you are, and you might just start believing them.

In my younger years, I made a small promise to myself. It was simple: if an uncomfortable feeling presents itself, I’ll feel into it rather than avoid it. The result was exponentially more joy and pleasure in my life.

Every day my spirit guides tell me to not overthink and just process somatically instead, and I take it very seriously like a devoted spiritual practice even though I tend to be anxiety-prone otherwise. My reasons for considering overthinking are rarely valid in the grand scheme of things and they call me out on this regularly and I listen and follow through. Everyone should do this so we all stop projecting somatic discomfort outwards through our thought-labels. Just process fluidly and openly and keep moving to what you love and let things fall apart and create themselves naturally. And remember that art heals so much and transmutes so much so you’re never stuck anywhere

In the early formalization of track and field events, they experimented with a clockwise direction and most runners hated it, they said it felt unnatural
Did you know that there is AN ACTUAL STUDY about circle pits and how they rotate counter clockwise? It blew my mind, I could NOT think of a single pit I’ve been to where people are going clockwise (unless they are crowd killing or forming after a wall of death)

Black and brown people are some of the least individuated people you’ll ever meet as a proportion of their whole. They nearly all speak, act, move, sound, dress, and behave the same. They form this group level mass mimicry of each other and become one indistinguishable biomass. There’s exceptions of course but among whites you see many subcultures, cliques, and a ton of very unique, eccentric, and individualistic one of a kind characters. From these appear the highest per capita ratio of geniuses. Black and brown groups have a significantly smaller share of uniqueness and percentage of genius. The bell curve distribution alone proves this. For groups with an average of 80 IQ it’s 1 in 8,139 or .012% have an IQ of 135 or higher. For us it’s the top 1%. For sub Saharan Africans that average around 70 it’s .000073% or 1 in 136,000 people. This fact alone is enough to show how any sizeable amount of them will collapse a civilization.
