Proud to share a project nearly a year in the making.
Our new :60 film for #ThePeoplesTheatre, voiced by @Lin_Manuel, brings one idea to life: The Home of New York Stories.
This fall, the campaign hits NYC.

All of us at Marvel Studios are deeply saddened by the passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. Sir Patrick brought Professor Charles Xavier to life with extraordinary grace, intelligence, and humanity, defining the character for generations of fans, from "X-Men" to "Logan" to "Avengers: Doomsday." He was a singular talent, a generous collaborator, and a true gentleman. Our hearts go out to his wife Sunny, his children, his friends, and the countless fans around the world whose lives he touched with his art.
We lost one of the GREATS 😞

Cheyenne Jackson has launched the "One Job Away" campaign on Instagram, which spotlights actors on the verge of losing their SAG-AFTRA health insurance if they don't meet the guild's annual minimum of $28,000 in earnings.
• Jackson received "hundreds" of submissions in the less than 24 hours after launching the campaign.
• Last year, Jackson was "one gig short of getting my insurance." He reached out to friend Kathy Bates to see if she could get him any role on "Matlock" because he was just $6,000 away from meeting the guild's minimum to qualify for health insurance.
• “She told me, ‘I have good news and bad news for you. The good news is, I got you a role on “Matlock.” The bad news is, you have five lines and you don’t have a name.’ I was like, ‘Sign me up! No ego amigo here.’ I played no-name detective. I searched a crime scene and I said, ‘Hey, Sergeant, we got some blood over here.’”
• Jackson tells Variety: "The bigger conversation is just the way that residuals and SAG are set up. I make OK money on residuals, but a lot of that residual does not go toward your SAG dues. You’re essentially starting over every year. An actor can make $500,000 one year, but when they don’t make much the next year, the $500,000 doesn’t help with the following year’s health insurance minimum.”

The United Nations’ human rights office has condemned the racist abuse of tennis player Coco Gauff and called for solidarity to help push back against racism and sexism. abcnews.link/eFtu0fs
One of the best lines I heard at #AdvertisingWeek: “Fall in love with your customer and the life they live.”
Instead of starting w/ what the brand wants to say, start w/ the person you’re trying to connect with.
Good reminder for agencies & brands!
#AdvertisingWeek showed: Speed is an advantage only when paired with sound judgment.
Read my findings w/ perspectives from creators, innovators, and industry leaders on moving quickly without sacrificing strategic thinking.

No explanation needed.
Take care of yourself,
@CocoGauff 🫶🏽
From @TheAthletic: Coco Gauff will miss the Wuhan Open after a three-day stretch during which she dealt with racist online abuse and fatigue at the China Open. It’s extremely rare for Gauff, the world No. 4, to miss tournaments of this tier.

Synthetic consumers discussion yesterday: use synthetic audiences as an early signal for lower-risk or derivative work but for something genuinely new...I still want humans. AI can help narrow but shouldn’t replace understanding what something actually means to people @zappi_io

One example stopped me:
“Based on what you know about my kids, what should I get for them?”
Convenient? Absolutely.
But it also raises a much bigger question:
How much should AI know about the people in our lives who never chose to share that information?

From the “attention economy” to the fandom economy.
Sports teams aren’t just teams anymore.
They’re communities, media companies, live entertainment, collectibles, culture…and increasingly the zeitgeist.
