The Tillingham Qvevri will get a load of attention right now (understandably), but that Pollen is something special and has changed a lot in the bottle. A non-cider drinking friend was stopped in his tracks when he tasted

We have some 2014 @pollencider at @TheSmithfieldNQ in Manchester - part of #RethinkCider is to open drinkers eyes to some of the wonderful ciders available - a market sadly dominated by pretend ciders. Drinkers are put off by bad experiences - we need to highlight quality Ciders.

Made it to @stokeybeer for the 3rd year running y'day. My first taste of @BoxcarBrwCo Dark Mild was great (of course it was) & @LittleEarthBeer Folly Road was another LEP belter. But, drink of the day, hands down, was @pollencider after 4 years on lees. Simply, apple Champagne.
What a treat it was to pour at @stokeybeer this weekend alongside some friends new and old @ElusiveBrew @kernelbrewery @LittleEarthBeer @pollencider @BoxcarBrwCo @neptunebrewery @sevensisbrew
