Police violently drag Hispanic grandmother across rough ground—injuring both arms.
Witnesses yell she has a serious heart condition & was just released from hospital.

Maria Robles ended up handcuffed on the ground during the arrest of her son Roman—after a traffic stop for driving without a warrant.
Family admits the elderly woman did touch an officer—but says the response was extremely excessive.
