Having an exclusively homosexual orientation means that lesbians only feel attraction to fellow female people.
AND it means we lack the capacity for attraction to any male people, under any circumstances — whether a male person identifies as a transwoman or not.
As a lesbian in my 30s, my lack of heterosexual attraction has been far more isolating & marginalizing to contend with than my attraction to women.
Lack of opposite-sex attraction is a defining feature of being homosexual…so if lesbians talking about it gives you “the ick”, you’re almost certainly being homophobic & intolerant.

It's always so odd to me when people define their lesbianism in terms of repulsion rather than their attraction. It always gives me a bit of the ick
Responses:
“Trans women are women” from the mods
Plus lovely comments from other MtFs who hate when women mention femaleness:
“Gee cant wait to read all the "not transphobic or terf but" comments who will definitely not randomly bring up female anatomy in unrelated conversations”
A MtF “transwoman” posted this recently on the “women” subreddit:
“Cis women must realize that they hold privilege over trans women, and that frequently they are oppressors to trans women. They must realize that they dish out patriarchal violence against trans women.”
“You have made me lose faith in sisterhood and solidarity amidst a shared struggle. Cis women can truly be the men of women … Just as bad as them.”
And also,
“No, I am not biologically male and no, I was not socialized male. Both of these are TERF dogwhistles.”
🤡
This is pure homophobia.

This *is* interesting...

Interesting. I suspect TRAs did not anticipate this angle.

Everyone who is been in the fight against transgender ideology for a long time has had so many moments of “this will be the thing that makes people realize how bad it is…”
The absurdity of men just claiming to be women wasn’t enough.
Young people revealing they had thought they were “trans” and then realizing they weren’t after unnecessary medicalization & irreversible surgery didn’t do it.
Gay men & lesbians getting hounded as “genital fetishists” for not being attracted to the opposite sex should have made enough people realize that the “LGBTQIA+ community” isn’t as harmonious as it claims to be.
Women who recall the abuse in their marriages as their husband announced he is actually a woman should be enough to dismantle the whole lie.
People fired from their jobs for simply not believing it, families ripped apart for knowing their child isn’t the opposite sex, and women dragged through courts for years for opposing it, is a massive red flag for all of society, but not enough apparently.
There are endless examples of the horror of transgender ideology. Every part of it is horrific.
And then, now, you think, “men who claim to be women breastfeeding babies, making them literally ingest the ideology” has to be the moment everything stops. Surely. Now that everyone knows it, this is going to be it…
It has long been at the point where anyone still going along with transgender ideology either likes what it is doing or doesn’t care about anything but how something so bad actually benefits them.
Today on r/asktransgender:
“I'm 30, a dad to two beautiful children, and I think I might be a girl.”
“I've tried wearing [my wife’s] dolly shoes and tights… It's almost like being a child at Christmas, that feeling of excitement and anticipation that you can't contain”
Female-attracted (aka heterosexual) MtF trans people have dominated almost ALL lesbian subreddits since at least 2015.
Significant portions of Palestinian Arab leadership (& society) have been consistently pursuing violence aimed at killing Jews—and preventing or ending a Jewish state—since well before Hamas came into the picture.
It’s not like Islamism just suddenly sprung up with Hamas in 1987!

I knew I was in trouble when, sitting in my seat by myself waiting for the plenary to begin, a woman next to me felt emboldened to ask me my position on Israel when she clocked my Star of David.
I left FiLiA early in the end .

Notice how the top post of r/TransDIY is not "15 year olds shouldn't be here"
It's "If you're underage, don't tell anyone."
Groomers operate with such impunity on Reddit. It's actually insane.
My sexual orientation is not a “genital preference:” 😒
As a person born female & homosexual, aka a lesbian, my partner being female is a threshold REQUIREMENT, not a mere “preference.” Your reference to exclusive same-sex attraction as a “preference” is blatantly homophobic.
Additionally, being gay has never been about attraction to “genitals” in isolation; it’s gross & homophobic as hell of you to refer to female homosexuality as a “GENITAL preference” (!)
Lesbians are female people who are exclusively attracted to female anatomy (including but not limited to vulvas & vaginas) and romantically attracted to female individuals in their entirety.
No one born male is in any lesbian’s dating pool, and women who are able to feel attraction to MtF bodies don’t have the same homosexual orientation as lesbians do —regardless of whether they choose to co-opt the label “lesbian” from the homosexual female minority & eclipse us in numbers, as people born male and/or attracted to the opposite sex.

There is nothing wrong with having genital preferences. That isn’t transphobic. What is transphobic is when TERFs tell other lesbians that they aren’t lesbians for dating trans women.

How can a child know what is best for themselves or even what they want when all of the adults around affirming and pushing a narrative?
I’m a gay woman. This heterosexual male “transwoman” has been bombarding me with creepy, invasive & sometimes homophobic comments for days on end now.
Currently, he’s trying to bait me with: “All cis [SIC] lesbian women should be extremely comfortable pursuing MtF partners”…
🤢
Sometimes, heterosexual/female-attracted MtFs get really obsessed with individual lesbians. Had to block this one:
