🚨MASSIVE BREAKING : Indian Express Just drop HYDROGEN BOMB on Surrender Modi🔥 (MUST Read & Share) Modi Govt paid ₹1.4 crore a MONTH to Trump's own man to get Delhi's calls answered in Washington 🔥 → India's Embassy in Washington hired Trump aide Jason Miller's lobbying firm in April 2025, days after the Pahalgam attack. → The fee: $150,000 a month. That's $1.8 million (around ₹17 crore) a year. → In April 2026, the contract was renewed for another year. → US filings now show the firm arranged 8 phone calls between the Indian side and top White House officials in May-June, including the Treasury Secretary and the US Trade Representative. → On June 23, the contract was terminated, after Miller joined the Trump administration himself as a "special government employee". → India had also hired a second Trump-linked lobbying firm at $75,000 a month. → And among the things that firm listed as its work: Trump's post greeting Modi on becoming India's longest serving PM. Now connect the dots. For 11 years we were told the world bows to Modi. "Hug diplomacy." "Abki baar Trump sarkar." "Howdy Modi." But when it came to actually talking to Trump's team, India was paying a Trump loyalist by the month to set up calls. India's man in Washington was a Trump man. And the day he joined Trump's government, he simply moved to the other side of the table. Even a Trump post congratulating Modi was listed as part of a paid lobbying firm's work. Bro, imagine... You tell the whole mohalla you're best friends with the richest man in town. Hugs, photos, rallies together. Then one day the mohalla finds out you were paying his personal assistant every month just to get your calls through. And the moment the assistant got a job in that rich man's house, he stopped working for you. That's not friendship. That's a paid appointment. That's not "Vishwaguru". That's a client paying for access. Modi, if Trump is your "true friend", why did India need to pay his aide $150,000 a month? Who decided to hand India's voice in Washington to a Trump loyalist? Is the "hug" also on a monthly retainer? 🔥🔥🔥

File a SC case. Swamy
Read & re-read the Order of MHC on Chidambaram temple. With great respect I submit that it is deeply flawed, short on facts, militates against the Constitution, bypasses the HR&CE Act and the solution it professes is impractical. A suo-moto review would be in order.

Judgments and the Test of History History has an uncanny way of reassessing judicial decisions. Judgments continue to be discussed, dissected and challenged as later generations of legal scholars and practitioners examine their reasoning and implications. The Shirur Mutt Judgments In my view, the Madras High Court’s Division Bench judgment in the Shirur Mutt case (1952 1 MLJ 557), delivered by Justices Sathyanarayana Rao and Rajagopalan Ayyangar, stands above the unanimous Supreme Court judgment delivered by seven judges and authored by Justice B. K. Mukerjee. The High Court judgment deserves an enduring place in legal education, particularly in the study of Hindu temple law, for students and professors alike. The Chidambaram Temple Judgment The judgment delivered by Justices Dr. B. K. Chauhan and S. A. Bobde in the Dr. Subramanian Swamy case @swamy39 concerning the Chidambaram Temple (2014 5 SCC 75) was, in my view, exceptionally well-reasoned and difficult to challenge. None of the opposing parties sought a review, despite Kalaignar Karunanidhi’s repeated calls for one. The judgment also demonstrates the power of concise judicial writing. What might otherwise have required 200 pages was presented by Dr. Chauhan in 43, bringing together the relevant history, essential background and judicial findings and laying down the law - without sacrificing substance. An Enduring Judicial Legacy Justices Sathyanarayana Rao, Rajagopalan Ayyangar, Dr. B. K. Chauhan and S. A. Bobde deserve lasting recognition for their contributions to temple jurisprudence. Their judgments set a standard against which others will be measured; those that fall short - especially the per incuriam judgments - may be remembered not only for their shortcomings - but also for their bias, prejudices and agenda driven judicial indiscipline. Siva Chidambaram !

The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has been delivering some landmark judgments of late. In a significant ruling, the Court has held that the authority to select a Jeeyar rests with the temple’s “Sthalathars” and not with the HR&CE Department. If the Sthalathars fail to make the selection, the Court may intervene. This was in fact the traditional practice. The judgment reinforces the importance of preserving the traditional religious autonomy of Hindu temples.

The Indian Army gave Modi govt a severe-dressing down!! 🔥 The "Agniveer Recruitments" weakened the Indian Army to such an extent we can't even imagine. > No one is ready to marry his daughter to Agniveers because of the elimination of pension scheme and short service span. > The Indian govt is compromising India's security. > Well trained Agniveers are being released when they are fully prepared to defend India. > And the most significant concern is that, currently almost all of India's neighboring countries are hostile towards it. Yet we are being forced to discharge well-trained Agniveer soldiers who are highly skilled in combat operations within regions like Kashmir and the North East's valley areas. Then how are we to deal with these hostile nations?

Stop these PR exercises - Sonia Gandhi (wife of our dear Rajiv Gandhi ji) has to answer why she wrote letter to give pardon to Rajiv Gandhi killer Nalini ..which led to all accused to go free ... Rajiv Gandhi is an orphan - not even his wife and kids want ... no more comments.. I was a fan of Rajiv Gandhi (still i keep his letter to me on NSU issues ... blood boils when seeing these kind of dramas 😎
In a small Greek restaurant in Cambridge my journey of love began. Rajiv and I created a world filled with love, laughter and memories. On 10th November, I share that world with you.

Modi is entangled in Hardip’s provider’s role. Therefore our PM must come out in Indian media openly, and make clear what he did with Hardip. I could go to Court, but it is better for BJP if Modi makes his position himself.

Interesting case ... Bank of Baroda paid Rs. 5,700 crore after a UAE Court order for conniving with BR Shetty in NMC Insolvency case ... UAE Court Bank of Baroda for violating anti-money laundering norms .. Instead of challenging in higher forums, Bank of Baroda simply paid Rs. 5,700 crores... Why Govt of India allowed it is another question Now BR Shetty files suit against Bank of Baroda for 15 Billion Dollar (Rs.1.42 lakh crore) in Mumbai High Court .. accusing the Bank officials and his CEOs... Something is rotten in Bank of Baroda 😎 livemint.com/companies/peopl…

Dear @narendramodi ji kya yeh Tauba hai ya Taufa
#China has never recognized the so-called “Union Territory of Ladakh” unilaterally and illegally established by India and firmly opposes #India’s announcement of so-called standard names, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said on Tuesday. Mao was responding to a question about a statement by India’s Ministry of Home Affairs announcing standard names for 28 places, including those in disputed border areas and places under China’s actual control, and their inclusion on official maps. The move is illegal and invalid and cannot change the fact that the relevant areas in the western sector of the China-India boundary have always belonged to China, Mao said.

I respect @elonmusk for his ideas and audacity. But he should understand that he is invading a geo and expecting a level playing field when he is doing the opposite in USA. Sorry,Elon your hypocrisy can't be justified.

What if the same logic applied on countries? Each company is different and that's their right. @elonmusk business focus on BLUE Ocean ideas. But Reliance is traditional. Their business got less scope for Innovation and R&D.
Difference between Indian billionaires and rest of the world billionaires 😝

What’s the strategy to stop FIIs from going away. RBI - Let’s wait for AI stocks to drop so FIIs would come back. What’s so wrong with this country and policymakers?

Interesting .... previous week, Election Commission claimed modified Form 6 is approved by Supreme Court .... Now CJI says - not approved ... So EC lied .... Not the first time EC is lying in Courts .... In VVPAT case, EC lied .."Getting printing ink is a big problem... Ok in Delhi. But not easy in remote places like Thiruvananthapuram and Chirapunji," said EC's advocate Ashok Desai (former AG) in 2012. SC Judges just laughed and reserved for judgment in @Swamy39 petition for VVPAT
#BREAKING "Modified Form 6 has not been approved by us, let us be very clear" - CJI Surya Kant. #ElectionCommisisonofIndia
