Fun fact, same writer of this article was the writer for the game that tanked the studio.
Don’t Nod, the studio behind the original Life is Strange, is collapsing. The French developer is facing a near-total layoff, up to 85 jobs, which would leave its French teams with only a small number of employees. The studio has struggled with a string of underperforming releases, the most recently the sci-fi adventure Aphelion. Don’t Nod has warned that it may not have enough funding to continue operating beyond January 31, 2027, and has entered a French “safeguard” procedure to restructure its finances.

Microsoft filed a patent to pause your game to play an ad. Things were starting to turn around at XBOX. WTF!

Ocarina of Time Remake looks amazing. Those zombie guys (had to look up their names, ReDead) gave me nightmares as a kid.

Someone remind Nintendo that Zelda turning 40 is unc status. Lets see some new IP! (But seriously I'm excited to see what new mechanics they come up with for the Nintendo Direct)

You think a Leisure Suit Larry Remake or sequel would work in 2026?

Friday night and September already has more games worth playing than most of summer combined. What are you picking up first?
