Ron Elfenbein is a doctor who was charged by the Biden DOJ after going on television and pushing alternative treatments like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin.
He was convicted by a jury at the height of COVID panic, and his conviction was so ridiculous that the federal judge in his case wrote a 95 page response OVERTURNING HIS CONVICTION.
An appellate court ruled that Elfenbein could be retried.
