On 17 July 2026, Tristan and I were in Washington, D.C. having spent the preceding days meeting with more than 100 people within and connected to the U.S. political system. Our conversations focused on mobilizing young people ahead of the midterm elections and the influence of independent cultural figures over a generation traditional politicians have failed to reach.
That same day, whilst Labour announced Andy Burnham as its new leader, I flew to Miami to host a boxing event with Jon Jones. The next day, Tristan and I were arrested under provisional extradition warrants, before any substantive evidence had been presented to the US court.
I have now spent 109 days in solitary confinement.
I publicly supported Donald Trump in 2016, 2020 and 2024, playing what many people consider a meaningful role in the cultural shift behind his return to the White House. Even Kamala Harris has discussed my electoral influence in her autobiography. People like Charlie Kirk and I challenged political orthodoxy and reached young men whom the establishment had abandoned.
I was doing the same in Britain, challenging Labour over grooming gangs, mass immigration and freedom of speech, while supporting the movements around Reform UK and Restore.
Now consider the extraordinary coincidence: two brothers, different complainants, different allegations, different dates and separate investigations, yet extradition warrants issued simultaneously and both arrested together.
The political interference was obvious with MPs openly calling for action against us for our online speech. The coordination and timing are blatantly a politically motivated attempt to silence me ahead of the US midterms and during a critical period in British politics.
Tommy Robinson faces criminal proceedings. Nigel Farage and Reform UK face investigations and scrutiny. Meanwhile, I remain in solitary confinement. This is a perfect example of the treatment of political dissent under the Labour Party.
This is bigger than me. What happens when somebody challenges powerful institutions and accepts the risks of speaking freely, only to find that those who benefited from their courage are unwilling to defend their basic rights?
Last night's election results should prompt serious reflection about what happens when political parties lose the trust of their own supporters.
Every young person considering speaking publicly is watching. If controversy means abandonment, why should they believe that institutions promising freedom will defend their rights when it matters? I receive thousands of messages asking precisely that question.
I have spent 109 days fighting for my liberty due to political interference by a Labour government whose actions I have repeatedly challenged.
You cannot claim to defend freedom while treating the freedom of controversial people as expendable.

Replying to @Cobratate
I’ve never been a fan of yours, particularly when it comes to your views on women. I still disagree with plenty of what you say.
But putting personal opinions aside, I have to agree with you on one thing: something about this situation doesn’t sit right.
I believe you’re being targeted because you’re outspoken, controversial and unwilling to keep your mouth shut. But whether people like you or not, you deserve a fair process and the same basic rights as anyone else.
Freedom of speech means nothing if it only applies to people we happen to agree with.
Hopefully 🤞 u get justice.

I have been in SHU for 108 days because 66 MPs from England have sworn to put me in jail and the USA happily locked me up at their request.
Think of how insane this is? I'm an American citizen.

People don't understand how poor the boys were. How hard they fought for survival. Two man in a Billion to make it the way they did. I am glad I was there at their worst and will be there for life for both of them. Always in my heart and soul and prayers.

Andrew and Tristan Tate are innocent.
They have been in terrible condition for so long that they are now unrecognizable.
Pray for the Tate brothers.

Very unfortunate that Andrew Tate is still unjustly locked up as an innocent man.
Andrew Tate would have very interesting takes on the new developments of a nuclear strike on Iran🇺🇸🇮🇱
Under pressure from Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Trump administration may be within days of launching a nuclear strike on Iran. The target would be Pickax Mountain in central Iran, where Israeli intelligence claims the Iranian government has restarted its nuclear enrichment program. No conventional weapon in the American arsenal can penetrate 300 feet of solid granite to destroy the tunnels where enrichment is supposedly taking place. The only military option is a nuclear strike. Netanyahu has been pushing hard for one. “Bibi calls Trump about it every day,” says an informed observer.
Netanyahu is cornered and desperate. After last week’s election results, he can’t form a government unless Trump intervenes directly in Israeli politics and brokers a deal with other parties that gives Netanyahu 61 seats in the Knesset. Otherwise, he is out as prime minister and on his way to ignominy, investigations and possibly jail. Netanyahu must stay close to Trump. He needs this war.
To that end, he’s applied maximum pressure to his closest allies in the administration, including Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and CENTCOM commander Brad Cooper. Both oppose a negotiated settlement to the war they’ve so grievously mismanaged; both are pushing to restart major combat operations. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and CIA director John Ratcliffe are also following Netanyahu’s lead, as are leaders of the Democratic Party. In a recent meeting on the subject, former president Barack Obama said he opposes the current Iran peace deal being drafted in Doha.
The rest of America’s longtime allies in the Middle East are terrified by the prospect of more war. On September 27th, Netanyahu flew secretly to Abu Dhabi to enlist the UAE in his lobbying effort for a final attack on Iran. The Emiratis refused. After eight months of conflict, Gulf economies are teetering. So are global energy and fertilizer markets. They won’t recover soon. Globally, there are a total of about 850 supertankers used to transport oil from producers to the rest of the world. In October alone, 11 of them were badly damaged in Hormuz. At this pace, a global depression is imminent. A nuclear strike would radically accelerate the destruction. Fallout from a ground explosion at Pickax Mountain would contaminate the Persian Gulf, poisoning the water supply for 100 million people.
And those are just some of the immediate consequences for the region. The rest of the world is every bit as exposed. No country other than the United States has ever used a nuclear weapon in war. Some would like to. An American nuclear attack on Iran would set a new precedent. The Russians have already told at least two other governments that an American nuclear strike on Iran would free them to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine. Pakistan and India would be tempted to do the same against each other, as would North Korea against Seoul. After the first nuclear strike, World War Three is inevitable. That war would be short and final.
We’ve been sleepwalking toward this moment for months. Since February, the administration has quietly rewritten America’s nuclear doctrine to make first use of so-called “battlefield nukes” easier and therefore more likely. No one in Washington in either party seems bothered by this. Now we’re on the brink of it.
Close observers say Trump is likely to decide by next weekend whether or not to use nuclear weapons. That would be November 7, six days from now. To his credit, he’s hesitating. At the moment, Trump is listening to his vice president, JD Vance, and to his envoy and friend Steve Witkoff, both of whom argue a deal with Iran can be made.
They’re right, though it won’t be simple. The Iranians are famously frustrating to negotiate with under any circumstances, and elements of that government have become more radical since Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and his family were killed in February. After decades of isolation, even relatively moderate Iranian leaders seem confused by how decisions are made in the West. (There is a widespread belief in Tehran, for example, that the United States government controls Israel.) But overall, people who have spoken to decision-makers in Iran say there is consensus there that more war is bad for everyone and a deal is worth making.
One group that hasn’t been consulted so far is the global population — the hundreds of millions of people who will be killed along with their children if Trump is pushed by Netanyahu into launching a nuclear strike next week. Now would be the time for them to speak up.

It is antithetical to our justice system for United States citizens with no criminal history, accused of committing crimes based on ambiguous statements by complainants, to sit in administrative segregation while they fight the unfounded charges against them, of which they are presumed innocent under our Constitution. They have not been convicted of any crime, here or abroad, nor have they received a single disciplinary infraction, and yet they are subject to some of the most restrictive conditions of confinement in this country. They face no charge in any American court and are held solely at the request of a foreign government—even further removed from anyone the law permits to punish. The Tates’ months-long detention in administrative segregation based solely on unsupported, anonymous allegations at the provisional stage (before the U.K. submitted its formal extradition request) is fundamentally inconsistent with due process.

🇷🇴⚠️How can Romanians feel safe when an illegitimate president, who came to power following a coup d’état, is incapable of protecting Romania’s territory and appears to be nothing more than a puppet controlled by foreign interests?
Day after day, citizens live in fear that Nicușor Dan could push the country into a war with Russia, while the real problems facing Romanians are ignored with outrageous indifference.
We have no hot water, no heating, prices are skyrocketing, and diesel prices have reached historic highs. Romanians are being crushed by rising costs, living in constant uncertainty and wondering how much longer they must endure the consequences of political decisions that could jeopardize both their present and their future.
What kind of leadership is this, when it cannot even provide its citizens with the most basic living conditions, yet exposes them to the risk of a devastating conflict? Romania needs peace, security, and leaders who defend their own people—not decisions that turn fear into a part of everyday life!
The only way forward is to reinstate the second round of the presidential election that was unlawfully canceled and allow the Romanian people to have their voices heard.
Călin Georgescu is the rightful choice of the Romanian people and a symbol of peace. He stands for ending the war, protecting Romania’s sovereignty, and putting the interests of the Romanian people first.
Romania deserves peace, democracy, and leaders who put their own people before foreign interests. The Romanian people deserve the right to decide their country’s future through the ballot box—not to have that choice taken away from them.
Restore the second round. Respect the will of the people. Give Romania back its democratic voice!!!!

🇷🇴 Romania is scrambling fighter jets to intercept drones near its borders. And NATO's eastern flank is getting increasingly uncomfortable.
Romanian F-16s have already SHOT DOWN two Geran-family attack drones over the Black Sea in October.
Now another suspected drone has reportedly triggered a security alert near the Moldovan border, although the latest incident remains unconfirmed.
This is becoming a rather disturbing routine.
Military radar detects something approaching, fighter jets take off, and civilians are warned about possible danger from above.
Romania isn't just another country watching the war in Ukraine from a distance.
It's a NATO member whose pilots are already shooting down attack drones inside their own airspace.
And every new incursion brings another chance for something to go VERY wrong.
