Have being playing around with Rondo passing activities within our coach development Clinics. See an evolution here of turning a 3v2 Rondo in to live play after 5 passes. We have layered in Push/Pull concepts to allow dribbling between 'bases' to create better passing angles.
This is the Basketball Rondo passing drill. We have this in the activities library.

This is a great game for passing under pressure. Four players are in a small space, like you see in the video, with three defenders. The defense has to get a steal in order to go on offense. The offense has to make 10 passes in a row to win the game.
Coaches can change the space the players operate in, adjust the number of players in the game, and even combine their principles of play into it. For example, you could apply “zero-second decisions,” where players must pass immediately upon catching it, or it’s a turnover.

A quiet coach does not mean an inactive coach.
They may have:
• Designed the right problem
• Manipulated the space
• Changed the scoring system
• Given players ownership
• Chosen to observe
Silence can be a deliberate coaching intervention.

This is a head coaching masterclass in building up a team with self-awareness, humility, accountability and confidence. At a time when some coaches would crack the whip amid a 2-game losing streak, Liam Coen opted to encourage, enlighten and inspire his team. As a former player, this would make me want to own my mistakes and shortcomings, while giving more energy and effort to the mission. #DUUUVAL
