🗣️ The numbers are increasing. Nigeria’s CNG refuelling network expanded further today, with the commissioning of a new Rolling Energy CNG Daughter Station in Karu, Federal Capital Territory. The Executive Chairman of the Presidential Initiative on Compressed Natural Gas and Electric Vehicles (Pi-CNG & EV), Barr. Ismaeel Ahmed, OON, joined stakeholders - the Perm. Sec, State House, Abuja, Temitope Peter Fashedemi; the SSA to the President on Domestic, Toyin Subair; CEO of Rolling Energy Limited, Mubarak Umar Danbatta - at the commissioning, which adds to the growing number of refuelling stations coming on stream across the country. The expansion of CNG infrastructure is critical to improving access, strengthening confidence in the transition and making cleaner, more affordable transportation fuel available to more Nigerians. Through continued collaboration with private-sector operators such as Rolling Energy, Pi-CNG & EV is supporting the development of the infrastructure required to deepen CNG adoption and advance Nigeria’s transition to a cleaner and more sustainable transport system. #SustainableEnergy #AffordableTransport #SustainableDevelopment
