प्रधानमंत्री इसी चुनाव में याद दिला रहे थे कि ईवीएम का विरोध इसलिए हो रहा है क्योंकि पुराने दौर की तरह बूथ लूटना चाहते होंगे। अब उन्हीं की पार्टी के नेता का बेटा बूथ लूटते पकड़ा गया। सोशल मीडिया पर यह वीडियो वायरल नहीं होता तो यह बच भी जाता। क्या पता कितने बूथों पर ऐसी घटना दोहराई गई होगी। कुछ तो रिपोर्ट होता नहीं है।
धर्म की राजनीति हमेशा अधर्म पैदा करती है। बीजेपी नेता का यह बेटा अपराधी बन गया। क्योंकि इसके भीतर सही ग़लत की क्षमता समाप्त हो चुकी है।

बाक़ी सब तो चलता रहेगा, let’s talk about the subject that “I do care” about- the Delhi Model of Education and what it achieved.
We mainly did four things:
1. World class exposure to teachers and principals
2. Transformed school infrastructure
3. Raised the stakes of parents and community in school
4. Focused on all round development of children through new curricula
As a result, in the last nine years, enrolment in Delhi Government schools increased by almost 20%. From 2018 onwards, the pass percentage of class 12 students has been above 90%. There has been an exponential increase in children clearing NEET & JEE (Mains) every year. This year alone more than 2000 children cleared these exams.
However, here is a disclaimer. I do not claim that all Delhi Government schools have attained perfection in every aspect of these reforms. There are pockets of challenges in many areas. That is why it is important to keep the momentum going. There are some who would like to disrupt this momentum, just to discredit all these reforms. While this might serve some narrow political interests in the short run, it is not good for children who are the future of our country.

1. PMLA Misuse : Can you please urgently hear the pleas challenging the misuse of PMLA against Opposition as a Vendetta Tool. Eg. : Manish Sisodia, Satyendar Jain, Sanjay Singh, Kavitha and many others.
2. GNCTD Act Amendments : Can you please start Constitution Bench hearing for the unconstitutional Amendments to Delhi Act to hijack Powers of Elected Govt. This misuse is across states using LG/Governors.
3. Reserved Orders : There are many SC hearings which have completed 5-8 months back but verdict is not pronounced. For Eg : Standing Committee of MCD, Alderman etc.
4. Election Commission Appointment : The Modi Govt has misused its Majority to pass an unconstitutional amendment to remove YOU i.e. the CJI from the committee to decide CEC. This makes the Electoral Process compromised. Please intervene.
5. PM-Cares Funds : The PMCARES Funds must also be scrutinized like Electoral Bonds as it's complete misuse by Modi Govt. He cannot use GOVT OF INDIA to gain funds for BJP
6. Release of Funds to states : The Centre Modi govt is misusing Funds and stopping the release to states the share of Central Taxes and GST. This is misuse of Power.

Shocked by the news of the arrest of Delhi chief minister @ArvindKejriwal. Coming hard on the heels of the crippling freeze on @INCIndia’s bank accounts, it is clear that a systematic effort is on to subvert Indian democracy during our general elections.
If a model code of conduct exists to prevent the government from taking decisions that could favour the ruling party, why would a similar code not apply to government departments like IT and ED, whose actions are directly interfering with the functioning of democracy? It is clear that the opposition in key places will go into the elections with its hands& feet tied, and on a playing field that is far from level.
I would urge the Supreme Court to take suo moto notice of this betrayal of the democratic principles embedded in the basic structure of the Constitution.
I am not saying that wrongdoing, if any, should not be investigated. But acting now seems clearly election-related. If IT and ED could take so long to investigate both these issues, why could they not wait two months more for the elections to be over?
