Ok. Enough is enough. This narrative is completely and objectively false. We tried to stay above this and do what's best for the community, but this entire year Kael has been looking for any excuse to abandon the token he wanted to badly. Before I start: Kael is clearly a bad actor. He's made this abundantly clear in his last message. Where does this start? Kael, the creator of Nobody Sausage came to us to launch a token. We helped facilitate this. We put the right partners in front of him and did as we were told by him. And yes, in this regard he did sign documents, so the token has every right to operate. Token launched. Then he needed help to run treasury, community and even content. For this more involved work we said OK on a hand-shake, but under the premise that we'd have a longer term relationship between HEEBOO and Nobody Sausage. This was a strategic choice for us. We have a great web3 brand, maybe if we help out this big web2 brand we can all win, right? Obviously, this is our regrettable mistake: not signing something. So what happens next? We accrue hundreds of hours of creative time from our team to help out his brand. We set up multiple deals to push the brand in web3, culminating in having Nobody Sausage on Netflix in the biggest boxing fight of the year. That felt like a good time to get a proper deal in place, token was approaching $100m mkt cap, tons of deals lined up, everyone is happy. We've done a good job over more than 6 months and invested a great deal to make that happen. Kael has done nothing but praise us and participate along the whole journey at this point. Of course, we are met with No. Not once or twice, but over months, No No No. No deal. You'd think at this point we'd call it quits. But we didn't because we didn't want to leave the community hanging. And, Kael had tactfully deceived us into putting our reputation behind his brand in web3 in order to hold us hostage. And we were hostages indeed. So we worked out that we would continue getting deals in place for the token, on a deal by deal basis where hed sign off on each. At this point most of the money we've spent on this is not contracted, it was an investment we made, however we directly spent ~$500k not from treasury, not from token allocations, not from any of that, all of that has always gone directly towards the benefit of nobody sausage. We spent that money directly in US Dollar cash from our own balance sheet. Kael made a concerted effort to drag his feet on this repayment so that it never had to be made. We have the receipts. This is, in fact, the ONLY legal document between the two parties (Kael, has your "lawyer" taken a look at this?) Ok. So certainly now you'd expect us to call it quits? No. We kept finding deals. Kael agreed and signed, then let us invest time and money, then killed them. The pattern continued... First he did this with the LV Sphere. We spent months lining it up, doing all the creative work, he cancelled this the morning of the closing meeting itself. Then, the one most people will know about, he did this with the blind boxes. But this time he dragged third-parties and the community directly into the mud. He did not cancel this before it launched, not even a month after it launched, not before marketing dollars and the pre-sale event (which he partook in whole heartedly), no, he did not even cancel this after the first prototyping of the product, he cancelled after a dozen prototypes. Again, in a concerted effort where he clearly expressed he wasn't even looking at the prototypes, he just wanted to cancel it. At this point things started bubbling over. Obviously we now had an issue that affected more than just us. To this day, every single party involved in the blind boxes is prepared to produce, ship and deliver them, except Kael. Keep note of this. If Kael says YES right now, everyone gets their blind boxes. He doesnt need to pay money, he doesnt need to lift a finger, he doesnt need to do anything at all, just say "go ahead". Instead, he'd rather mentally masturbate with his ChatGPT lawyer. To make matters worse, he began selling his token allocation throughout this period. Yes, he has complete and full control over the creator wallet that holds (or held) 10% of the token. He began ignoring us completely on all fronts, and we couldn't push anything through. At this point we announced the divorce. OH BUT HE SENT LEGAL LETTERS YOU SAY!?! No. He didnt. He sent us some ChatGPT babble that made little to no sense. Its not even addressed to our company. How could it be? We have no agreements together EXCEPT for one: He owes us $500k. What did his legal ChatGPT babble ask for? Here are some highlights: -An invoice for every transaction in the liquidity pool..... -To terminate a frozen smart contract for the token (!?) -Not to give any airdrops of any tokens to any holders of the NOBODY token (Yes. Really.) Those are only some of the highlights. Our counter proposal has been always to (1) bring him into the community on TG (this is a public channel that I believe everyone at this point has sent him an invite to) (2) give him the keys to the treasury. There is still money in there that can be used for a number of things. (Yes, we ran the treasury because he didn't know how crypto wallets work, but yes we always followed his instructions on this, to the point that we didnt even take $500k owed to us from the very treasury wallets that could pay us back) Oh, and yes, he suddenly does know how to operate a crypto wallet when its time to sell his own allocation tho. (3) work out the loose ends on the blind boxes. Also, when all of this kicked off, we immediately were active in the community. We jumped in and offered explanation in that forum, we did not want to extend this publicly. We gave an explanation, and I personally sent ALL of the relevant documents/conversations/invoices/wire transfer info to a community-elected representative. They've seen it, in confidence, and confirmed for that community that none of what I'm saying is bs. It is clear today that Kael is a bad actor, trying to abandon this community, and we're doing everything we can not to let that happen. (And, fwiw, it did come to our attention much later in this journey that he had previously launched and abandoned a token. He said this was a hack of his account, but in retrospect, he takes his social account security very seriously, so that feels unlikely now knowing what we know.) We've lost close to a million dollars on our pursuit of a proper deal with Nobody Sausage. We feel the pain. We continue to work towards the best possible outcome for the community. We will let that million bucks burn, that's fine, but we want to push for a better outcome to deliver the blind boxes and transition the token to a working state.
